The villa is a second property that we own and rent out for short term holidays. Please do not worry, the house is located on 15,000 m2 of land so you will not be disturbed.

The villa comes with three good sized bedrooms and lots of other rooms and space for you to enjoy your stay. This is the perfect place to come, relax and chill out for your holiday in the sun. All bedrooms come with en-suite bathrooms.

You have a private drive that leads to parking for several cars. Access to the house is via a kitchen/breakfast room with a breakfast table and all the appliances that you can need for your holiday (kettle, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, coffee machine, oven, fridge, freezer and much more…).

From the kitchen, you venture down the hallway and have a utility room and toilet on the right hand side (washing machine).
On the left hand side, you have a child´s playroom or lounge area with TV, AC and access to the outside terrace. Further down the hallway you have a second lounge on the left hand side with TV, and as you reach the end of the house there is a large third lounge / dining area with TV and stunning views to the mountains. On the right, you have a large bedroom with King size bed and en-suite bathroom with separate shower enclosure and stunning views (room has AC).

On the second level of the house, you have two bedrooms, both come with an en-suite bathroom. The main bedroom has a king size bed, AC and en-suite bathroom with a shower over the bath. The second bedroom has two single beds, AC and en-suite bathroom with a shower over the bath.

You have several outside terrace and patio areas to enjoy at your leisure. Many terraces and patios come with both shade and sun, should you require. You will also find a day bed and sun loungers to enjoy by the pool.
