The apartment was fully renovated by my family construction company in June 2024. The flat is situated on the third floor, 65 sq. with 2 bedrooms, one bathroom, one living room with an open kitchen. There are also two balconies. It is located at an upcoming neighbourhood called Neos Kosmos, just a few minutes away from the Acropolis, Plaka and Koukaki. While staying in this beautiful apartment can be found in less than two minutes walk such as pharmacy, bakery and the farmers market.

Sink into the sumptuous bedding and drift off to sleep, lulled by the gentle hum of the city outside. The first bedroom is equipped with a double bed with dimensions 1.60 * 2.00 with an anatomic mattress. The second bedroom is also equipped with a king size bed and an anatomic mattress(1.80 * 2.00). All rooms are equipped with a smart TV where you can satellite channels.

All rooms have high- end air-condition units from where you can control your own temperature.

For those seeking ultimate relaxation, indulge in the apartment's luxurious amenities, including a sleek bathroom complete with a rejuvenating rainfall shower and premium toiletries. For hot water, the apartment is equipped with a solar system. So, when it is sunny, you will always have hot water. If there is a cloudy day or there no sufficient heat water, there is a push button in the kitchen, where you can turn on the electrical boiler. After apx 40 minutes you will have again hot water, there is also an electrical towel rank where you can dry fast your towels.

Our apartment also includes modern amenities such as high-speed Wi-Fi 100 mbs, air conditioning, dish washer, washing machine, hair dryer, rack hanger and iron.
