Este fabuloso 2 dormitorios, 2 unidades de baño cuenta con los dos R - relajación y romance! Cuando esté listo para golpear el botón de restablecimiento mental, este es el lugar que va a querer venir. Desde el gran patio compartido se puede disfrutar de un buen libro, tomar el sol, mirar hacia la bahía como los barcos y los delfines pasan por o incluso tomar una siesta muy necesaria. Tal vez su idea de la relajación es lanzar una caña de pescar en el agua y tratando de coger esa noche cena o kayak en el agua. De cualquier manera, lo tenemos cubierto.

¿Necesitas un poco de romance? Nada es más romántico que una hermosa puesta de sol y no vas a encontrar uno mejor en la ciudad del océano. Imagine disfrutar de su propia puesta de sol especial desde la privacidad de su balcón. We had a great stay at this property. The location has good access to all that north OC has to offer. The views from the balcony are spectacular! Must say though that the pictures don’t capture that the home is much older than it appears so we were a little surprised by that. However it was very clean and the primary bed is very comfortable. We watch a lot of TV so upgrading the TVs would be a nice upgrade.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This place was very convenient to the bus line that ran to Oceans Calling. The place was perfect for what we needed. The amenities were a bit lacking...not used to having to pay for linens and towels. Also there was no hand soap and one roll of toilet paper. The view in the morning out on the deck was spectacular and I did see a dolphin one morning.

Our stay was outstanding everything was just like the pictures shown. We loved the view, the sunset and sunrise also hearing the wave at night while sleeping was amazing. Will be back again. I highly recommend.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This condo is blessed with an absolutely beautiful view. It was lovely to be able to watch the sunsets from the balcony. The condo is spacious and has a nice dining table on which we could do our puzzles. It was also convenient to have a washer and dryer. One of the downsides was that we felt we needed to sweep up after ourselves during our vacation, and we could not find a broom or vacuum anywhere! We ended up buying a broom. Also, when I went to sweep up behind the bureau in the bedroom, I found two diapers. To me that meant that a cleaning had not been done properly before we arrived. We also had to go and buy some wipes as there was no cleaning spray or anything with which to clean up the kitchen counters. Overall, it was pretty clean, but the cabinets near the trash in the kitchen were a little “icky.” The recycling bucket under the stairs to the condo never got emptied the entire week. Overall, a decent place to stay - just a little tweaking needed to improve it!

Great stay

Great property with beautiful views. Condo was well equipped with the only thing lacking being scissors.The only negative thing I can say is while the neighborhood was very nice, it is at least a 1/2 mile walk to the main road in ocean City which means lots of time walking.The smoke detector was also "chirping" during the last night but we left early in the morning so we didn't need to worry about that long.

Beds and balcony

Overall it was a decent stay. The beds and pillows were very low quality so we all had issues with sleeping. The balcony was also leaking fluid periodically from the upstairs unit.

Wonderful stay - again!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My sister-in-law and I come here every year for a winter beach escape. The setup is perfect for us...two separate bedrooms and two separate full baths. This is a cozy unit, and we love that the kitchen is right next to the TV area which leads to the balcony....since most of what we do involves watching TV, looking out at the bay, and food. The unit is always clean and well maintained. This year we noticed lots of new flooring (looks like LVP) which looked great. The main TV looks new....maybe a bit smaller than the old one (which is a bummer) but definitely easier to use! We did discuss looking for a new place...maybe something on the ocean side....but we just love this place SO MUCH. The layout is fabulous for the two of us, and it's literally right on top of the water, which is what we want. So we'll be returning next year!

We typically like to stay in the area of 120th street and this spot is perfect. It's off the main drag just enough yet close to a lot of great restaurant/bar options as well as the necessities like gas, groceries, pharmacy, coffee and great beach parking.The unit was clean and very nice overall. No issues.

Last days of summer

Great stay in a great location on the bay! Good fishing and crabbing on the dock . The location is ideal for great restaurants and shopping. Safe and quiet location close to everything.

Better on the Bay

In a quiet neighborhood. We attend the Marlin Open every summer and have always stayed on the bay usually around 75th/85th Street. What’s nice about 118th Street and this property is that it is on the water (as opposed to a marsh) and offers a great dock to fish from. My teenage son spent hours fishing. A longer walk to the beach but we were able to find parking each time. Close to a Food Lion and Fractured Prune, as well as other restaurants and pizzerias. A very nice stay.

Excellent bay condo getaway

The condo was the perfect size for our small family. Excellent location directly on the bay with a private balcony accessible from the master bedroom and living room. The linen service was a new experience for us, but was a great idea and saved us space in the car. The kitchen was well stocked with cooking essentials and a Food Lion less than a mile away to pick up anything you may need. Great location to the beach and walkable for us, but you will definitely need a wagon depending on how much you take with you. The owner and property manager were very responsive and helpful with our questions. Would definitely consider booking there again for our next each vacation.
