Wake up refreshed with your family in this newly renovated beach condo. Private entrance opens up to a spacious outdoor patio to enjoy with your family. Enjoy your vacation in this airy private condo with 2 huge sliding doors. Relax at the outdoor pool or indoor pool just a few steps away. Imagine taking a short walk and feeling the sand in-between your toes and building sand castles with the kids, or catching some waves in the ocean. Picture a few steps to the boat docks and throwing a line in or doing some crabbing with the family. Play some tennis, racket ball, or basketball to get some exercise in during your stay.

Enjoy this amazing in-town neighborhood of Club Ocean Villas II where you can eat and shop! Come home to sleep in with new comfortable memory foam mattresses. This condo is located on the first floor and allows plenty of light and an airy breeze. If you need more space the private patio is great for entertaining the family.

Main room has a new wonderful comfortable couch, boosts a 55" Smart TV loaded with Roku TV and apps for your enjoyment! Enjoy cooking a fabulous meal with the family in the renovated kitchen with quartz counters. Don't worry the grocery store is within walking distance, or many restaurants if you don't want to cook.

Northshore park located at 127th street and just a short drive, or bike ride away! Large playground, Fireworks in July and much more entertainment.

Need to do some work or kids have school, I have high speed private wifi available to all my guests.

Safety features include smoke detectors, surveillance, fire extinguishers, and a first aid kit.

I try to accommodate all my guests and truly hope they have a memorable vacation stay at my beach condo. I strive to provide all my guests with a great vacation and think of the small things like providing beach chairs, umbrella, etc. I believe in a nice clean updated unit to have a great time with the family during your visit to Ocean City.

This is a great condo for a small group of people (4-6) the hosts really make it a point to make you feel welcome. The condo i stocked with all of the things that make the stay comfortable and the hosts are very responsive. Location is excellent and great food, stores and beach are walking distance. Highly recommend!

We had such a wonderful stay at this condo in Ocean City! The place was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had everything we needed for a comfortable vacation.The location couldn’t be better—near the beach and close to great restaurants and activities, but still quiet and relaxing. Parking was easy, and check-in/check-out was seamless.The owners were very responsive and friendly, which made the whole process stress-free. We truly felt at home and can’t wait to come back for our next trip to Ocean City. Highly recommend!

This condo was perfect for our family getaway! What the host provided exceeded my expectations and was appreciated. The location was also convenient with a quick walk to the beach and the grocery store being nearby. The wagon to take all the beach equipment over was a great touch as well. The condo was spotless when we arrived and we had no issues. We will be back to stay again. I really can’t say enough good things about this condo and the host.

Great Condo/Great Location

My family and I really enjoyed our stay. The condo looks exactly as it does online. It has a well stocked kitchen and beautiful, beach decor. The beds are comfortable. The condo is very clean and well maintained. It is centrally located to the beach, restaurants, grocery store and various recreational activities. The host is quick to respond to any questions. My grandchildren loved our trip!

OC trip with grandkids

Will Keep Returning!

We booked this condo last May for cruise week & loved it! Unfortunately it was not available for October Cruise Week so we booked another condo in the same villa & it couldn’t even compare. Luckily, we were able to score it again this past cruise week. Michelle is amazing! The condo is super clean, very convenient for what we needed & private. Michelle communicated before, during & after to make sure we had everything we needed & enjoyed our stay. We will definitely be returning again in October!

Perfect spot for to get together with family!

We loved everything about this beautiful condo! The kitchen had all we needed. Beds were comfortable and the water pressure was AMAZING! Living room furniture was comfortable!Michelle was great with communication.This spot was convenient to everything! Loved that it was right around the corner from Food Lion and Dunks!

This property was wonderful and everything we needed. It was close to the beach, walking distance to shopping and grocery stores, Starbucks and the Carousel Hotel. There are plenty of dining options in the area, and only a few minutes driving to the Boardwalk. Parking is right out front, and the condo was well kept. Highly recommend to others!

Great stay

This is a great place to stay. It has a nice private outdoor patio area. The condo is within walking distance to the beach. They provided beach chairs and toys.

Newly Updated Condo

The unit was clean and updated. I loved that they have chairs and umbrellas. The patio is fenced in so I could let the kids go play outside while I get things together for the beach. They had linens which was nice. I would bring my own blanket next time just to have an extra but that’s my own preference. Overall I highly recommend.

Great place!!!

The property was very clean and beautiful. We loved the space! The host was very helpful and easy to communicate with. The kitchen was great and very well equipped! The shower pressure in the master bathroom was amazing! It was do nice yo have beach chairs, umbrella and sand toys provided. The ease of walking to everything you need is the best perk! We definitely recommend this location!!!

Charming cottage style condo

We were in OCMd for my daughter's cheer competition and found this condo to be perfect. My teenage daughter is a critic on everything and she couldn't get enough of the charm this placed had to offer. Super clean, trendy, convenient location (next to a DD and ABC store), comfy beds, cozy living area and nice size tvs. Only hiccup was when we arrived at night and we difficulty finding the unit numbers because of the communities lighting. Host is fantastic and quick to respond to any questions. Best experience!!

I have been going to ocean city for over 40 years, I have owned real estate in OC for many years and enjoy being a host and allowing other families to make memories with there children as I once had.

Por qué escogió este alojamiento

I love this property because it allows privacy and is a great family community. I also own a second unit in this same neighborhood because I love it so much. With an indoor pool open all year and outdoor during season, short walk to the beach and many stores.
