Welcome to Panorama Loft, a spacious and stylish three-bedroom duplex located in the heart of New Town. This luxurious apartment offers the perfect blend of modern living and timeless charm, with panoramic views of Prague’s skyline. The open-concept design creates an airy, light-filled atmosphere, making it a welcoming space for relaxation and entertaining. Whether you're visiting Prague for business or leisure, this loft offers an urban retreat that combines comfort with sophistication.
From the moment you step into the Panorama Loft, you'll be captivated by the spacious layout and stylish interiors. The apartment features sleek modern furnishings, high ceilings, and large windows that flood the space with natural light, providing breathtaking views over the city. Whether you're unwinding in the cozy living room or preparing a meal in the fully equipped kitchen, you’ll always have the enchanting Prague skyline as your backdrop.
You’ll have full access to the entire studio during your stay.
We are available via phone throughout your stay for any assistance or recommendations.
Registration and Tourist Tax:
We use a third party provider "CheckIn" to register you with the foreign police and to collect the additional tourist tax of 50CZK per person per night. You will be sent a link when you book and you should complete this and pay before we check you in.
Check-in:
We offer check-in from 15:00 until 21:00. We can accommodate a check in from 21:00 to 23:00 with a surcharge of 500CZK/20EUR. In case you need to arrive before 15:00, we will try to organize an early check-in for you, or at least to leave your bags while we clean. We will contact you to arrange your check-in personally.
Check- out:
Checkout is at 11:00. We may be able to let you leave luggage later, depending on what we have arranged with any incoming guest.
Towels/bed linen provided.

Being located in New Town, you're also close to the Old Town, making it easy to explore Prague’s historic center and charming streets filled with shops, galleries, and landmarks. Whether you’re here to discover centuries-old history or enjoy the modern buzz of the city, everything you need is just a short walk or tram ride away.
Getting around Prague from Malá Štěpánská 1928/11 is incredibly convenient. The nearest metro station is Muzeum (lines A and C), only a few minutes' walk from the loft. This provides direct access to the rest of the city, including the Old Town, Vinohrady, and beyond. The Národní třída tram stop is also nearby, offering easy connections to various parts of Prague. For those arriving by train, Prague’s Main Train Station (Hlavní nádraží) is just a 10-minute walk away.
-CITY TAX
All guests are required to pay 2.1 € per person/ per night to the city of Prague. The collection of the fee is regulated by Act No. 565/1990 Coll., on local fees, as amended, and generally bound by decree No. 18/2019 Coll. City of Prague, on the tourism tax, as amended.
Once you book, we will send you a link for online check in for submitting your data for the foreign police and payment of this tax.
-LATE CHECK IN CHARGE
Late check-in fee 500CZK/20 € after 21:00 with 23:00 cut-off. No flights landing after 21:30.
-QUIET HOURS
Prague's noise ordinance prohibits loud sounds between 10 PM and 6 AM.
-SMOKING
Is highly prohibited in the apartment. If smoking in the apartment is found, a fine of the amount 250 € will be imposed.
-UNAGREED LATE CHECKOUT
If unagreed late checkout, we have a right to fine the guest in amount of 50 €.
-WAITING FEE
In case of being late for check in and not communicating about delay, we have right to charge the guests 20 € for every hour of waiting.
