1 Beachside is a stunning 2 bedroom top floor apartment located at the very start of Rock Road. Beachside is truly beachside and our guests can put their feet in the sand moments from the front door. Shops and pubs are a short walk away and the ferry to Padstow is right outside the property. 2 balconies to savour the view and 2 designated parking spaces make this the perfect location for a seaside holiday.

- Two super king bedrooms with sea views, one with an en-suite shower and one family bathroom with a bath and overhead shower
- Floor to ceiling picture windows

- 2 dedicated parking spaces right outside the property.
Need to know...
- The property is located above a Bar and Bistro and as such there is potential for noise. 1 Bedroom is at the rear over the service area of the Bistro and one is at side of the property.
- This apartment is on the 2nd floor & is accessed via a number of stairs so may not be suitable for those with mobility issues.
- Unfortunately not suitable for children under 8 due to the balconies and metal stairs leading to the property.
- Currently no pets permitted.
