Family Disney Trip

The property is exactly what you see on site. We rent houses every year and are very familiar with VRBO. Location was perfect for all our excursions- a couple of things we were not impressed with though... the house has zero condiments / soap/ cleaning supplies. One toilet paper in every bathroom and that was it. Usually there are supplies- we had to buy everything. Just a heads up if you are used to having some supplies like we have always had. The bathroom fans were filthy and mattresses on beds need to be replaced. Backyard was nice and had all the pool toys- kids really enjoyed it. Overall good experience.

Brilliant large family holiday

Great space with wonderful shaded pool and great games room plus American pool table. Seating areas accommodated well for our large multi generational party. We had a fantastic time. Our only complaint would be to renew the very soft bed in the blue room and update the kitchen equipment and pots and storage containers.

Loved how the pool was shallow enough for our children whom are 34 inches Tall. House was perfect for our large group . We all was able to set together for meals and stay occupied with the enormous selection of entertainment! Thank you for sharing your home. Your guest The McBrides

Fantastic Villa

We had Amazing time at this Villa. Plenty of space for our family(5 Adults & 2 Teens) Everything that we needed in the villa was there and more. The pool area at the Villa was great the added touch with sunbeds & outdoor view especially at Night time with clear skys watching the stars and nightlife. All the Parks where close to the villa just a short drive away. The gated complex was Great everything was very clean and well maintained Also Villa Was had a walmart,Petrol station at end of the road. Just off the 192 which had some of the best places to eat Cracker Barrel & iHop for beakfast. Chillis,Auzzie Outback, Unos & Quite few others for Dinner. Everyone loved the shopping nearby with plenty great malls and shops. (Don't forget to visit Old Town) We would love to visit again.

Beautiful place and close to Disney!

Gorgeous and clean house with a beautiful pool! So many nice touches. Kids loved the Mickey waffle maker. Safe neighborhood. Easy drive to Disney.

Relaxing retreat

The House was very spacious and clean , beds were comfortable couches were comfortable as well . The pool area was spacious plenty of seating and there are 4 lounge chairs. We paid for the pool to be heated and that was great . There is also a club house pool and a hot tub jacuzzi as well which we went to a couple of times . We did have an issue with the pool water it was a little dirty when we got there on Friday wasn't really a big deal. We thought that they would probably come out on Monday to clean it , we called management on Monday afternoon and they said they would send someone out but no one came . So we called management on Tuesday they said that they would send someone out and again no one came . So we contacted Lyndsay the owner and told her about the situation and she got in contact with the management and finally on Wednesday someone came out to clean the pool , even though the pool got cleaned it got dirty pretty quickly again, I think there might be an issue with the filter it didn't seem like the dirt and debris were going into the skimmer basket and that's why the pool got dirty so quickly, hopefully they can figure out what the problem might be. Lyndsay was great though she helped solve the property management issue. The property management took to long to address the problem . Overall I would stay here again the house is close to stores ,restaurants , Disney etc.

Absolutely WONDERFUL stay !!!

My husband and I stayed 5 weeks at this beautiful property getting away from a snowy, cold winter in MN. Lyndsey, the owner, was super responsive and just amazing to work with, answering all of our questions about staying an extended stay like this one. The property was so roomy, with 6 bedrooms, 6 bathrooms, a game room in the garage, 2 large TV's in main living area and an immaculate, luxurious pool and spa. We worked remotely, but then vacationed with two of our immediate families, sons, daughter in laws and grandkids joining us. What fun they all had! There was something for everyone. Location being so close to the Disney parks was just perfect for grandkids. And it was difficult getting them out of the pool at night ... they had so much fun. Such a comfortable stay for me and my husband, and then plenty of room for all when family visited. We will stay again ... I think we may have found our "home away from home" during the cold winter months in MN. Thank you for your hospitality Lyndsey, and sharing your beautiful home with us! If I could rate higher than 5 stars I would, because you deserve it!!!

Nice Place For A Family Gathering

This is a nice large home that was accurately described. The separate half-bathroom off of the pool area was a nice surprise! The beds are comfortable and the pool was pleasantly warm despite it being December. The kitchen has plenty of cups and glassware but not many bigger pots and bakeware to cook for 12 people. You may want to consider bringing your own kitchen knives, larger bakeware, kitchen sink plug, dish soap, dishwasher soap and hand soap. There is also very little toilet paper provided and we ran out by the 2nd day. Not being able to seal the kitchen sink with a plug to do dishes was inconvenient. No efforts were made to correct this despite our 11 day stay. We reported that the half bath on the main floor ran constantly and needed a repair. The host said this would be fixed for the next guest. Overall it was a nice stay.

Beautiful house perfect location

I have rented many houses via VRBO and I have to say this was the best property I have stayed at. Everything was immaculately clean, the house was huge, and between the pool/spa, pool table, fooseball table, and ping pong table, there was enough for everyone to stay constantly entertained. The house is in a high end resort community, so we felt safe. The location couldn’t be better, close to Disney (about 20 min), and very close to Rt 192 where you have all of the restaurants you could want, plenty of shopping options, and other fun activities like small amusement parks and mini golf. There is a Walmart and a chic fil a right outside the development. Unfortunately our stay was cut short by the hurricane. We wish we could have stayed longer and hope when we come back we can stay for a much longer period.

Love Love Love this house!

This was the perfect house for us traveling cheer families. There were 4 adults and 6 teens and there was perfect amount of space. The house was just as described. We landed super late and had no problems getting to the house. Walmart was right down the street and I had set up a grocery pickup for the next morning. It felt like I was at home. The kitchen had all the appliances needed. We spent the 1st day cooking meals for the week and had everything at our finger tips. It even had multiple coffee pots which was great since I was the only drinking flavored coffee. Beds were all very comfy! Pool area was perfect! Kids loved laying out and playing in the pool on our downtime. I honestly wish I could have stayed longer. Between cheer competition and parks I didn’t get as much time by the pool as I would have liked. Location was perfect to get to Disney. For the convention center it was a little longer commute because of traffic. Only feedback I would give is maybe keeping the rental a little cooler at night. 75 is a little warm when sleeping. But during the day it was perfect as I never had to bundle up when in the house. I can’t wait to come back again! Thanks for a great week!!!

Awesome property. Lots of space and plenty of bathrooms. We utilized the pool every single day. Nice sized pool and spa. Absolutely perfect for family stays. Will be using this listing (if available) in future trips.

Relaxing and Beautiful

Bellavida was the perfect vacation location for my group of friends. It is a beautiful property and just as the photos present. It is clean, comfortable and has plenty of space for everyone to feel comfortable. We all hope to return sooner than later. We really did not want to leave.

Nice property

Overall it was a nice property. I appreciated the bathrooms being very clean. I loved the size of the entire house, particularly the great room/kitchen/ eating area combo. I also loved the brightness and views from the combo area. That being said, the right side of the kitchen blinds would not open. In the pictures online, they had it opened so you can see the lake when you walk into the combo area. So I opened it one blind at a time. That really needs to be fixed. The view was what caught my attention online. The trash can was broken and had rust all inside the lid. The door mats, particularly in the combo area leading to the pool area, were very dirty and are inexpensive to replace. However, the main problem was having the maintenance people come into the pool area without letting us know. That happened twice. It startled us both times. You should have them let the people staying their know that they will be working in the pool area. Overall, I will give the property 4 stars. What I did not like are easy and inexpensive fixes. We did enjoy ourselves in this very nice spacious house. Thank you

Mother/Daughter VBall Nationals Trip

We felt the house was centrally located, spacious, and in a secure neighborhood. The house was nicely decorated and had plenty of room for 6 crazy teenage girls and 6 moms. My only suggestion would be to have the cleaning crew do a better deep cleaning of the house between guests and invest in new mattresses or at least put some additional padding on them. As if you have a bad back they are not the most comfortable. But overall we had a great time and I would recommend this house and the owner anytime.

Wonderful stay at Mickey’s Mansion

My family and I stayed at Mickey’s Mansion and it was absolutely delightful. The check-in process was a breeze since Lindsey provided detailed instructions. The home is beautiful, the pictures really don’t do it justice. House is kept clean and in great condition. Highly recommended, especially for the sunset view overlooking the lake from the pool. We’ll certainly be back!

Covid Spring Break 2021

We had a relaxing and great stay. This home provided everything two families needed for a week getaway, while remaining secluded from others. This house and community can solely be your vacation. The furnishings and public space(s) provided were correct for the price, all bedrooms were accommodating, the living space was more than ample to host movie and game night(s), the pool was the centerpiece throughout the day and evening(s), and the game room was a constant attraction. There are no negatives with this listing.

Nice spacious home

Overall we loved our stay, lots to offer for all in our group. Club house was closed and it would've been nice to know that prior, but still ok. Also it should be known to us guests that any maintenance person can enter the house without guests knowing. Granted we called in a non emergency issue and did not ask to have it fixed immediately because we were checking out the following day. But it would've been nice to know someone was going to enter our home without us being there or without us knowing. Just put this in writing somewhere. Owner responses were always in a timely manner.!!
