About this space
The house is in a prime location; a stone's throw away from the bustling Grafton Centre and a 13-minute leisurely walk to the historic Cambridge. The flat is a 5-minute walk to Waitrose and a 15-minute walk to Tesco and Asda superstores. Plenty of Local Restaurants are only 5 mins walk. Local Attractions such as Cambridge city center, River Cam, and Cambridge colleges, are all within walking distance.

The space
My two-bedroom Victorian home is perfect for up to 4 people who are looking to work/study/relax or explore everything that this beautiful city has to offer. The house features an open-plan living room/kitchen/dining space, 2 bedrooms, and 2 bathrooms.

The property is set up to offer remote access with easy self-check in meaning that no direct contact with anyone is needed. We also offer 24/7 guest support should you need any support or assistance during your stay.

Guest access
Guests will have the entire apartment to themselves.

Other things to note
* Standard check-in time is 3 pm onwards, and check-out time is before 11 am.
* Please note that a minimum of £100 will be charged for lost or damaged keys - please be careful with them
*The full address will be provided prior to your check-in, together with the access details.
* The property is professionally cleaned and is set up to be remote access.
* The linen and towels are removed from the property after each stay and replaced with freshly laundered supplies.
*Mid-stay cleaning sessions/linen can be organized on request for an additional charge
*We provide single-use toiletries for the first two days of your stay
*Our lovely neighbors have families and need to protect them, so if there is any excessive noise or music at antisocial hours, we will be notified and so will the local council. Please be sure to respect this wonderful community of neighbors.

The local community-based team of Pass the Keys® personally inspects each home to certify they have met Pass the Keys®’s Property Readiness Standard.

Additional rules
- Parties, events, or gatherings of any kind are strictly prohibited.
- Smoking in the property is not allowed.
- Extra guests are not allowed.
- No Pets allowed
- Check-in time is after 3 pm and check-out time is before 11 am. A £50 charge will be requested if guests check themselves in early without permission or if guests do not check-out on time as this will cause disruption to my cleaner’s schedule.
- Please respect the neighbors and keep the noise down, especially after 11 pm.
- Please remove shoes inside the property and leave them in the entrance hall.
- Travel Cot and High Chair are available to hire at a cost of £50, or on their own £30 each. Please request during your booking, for delivery to the property prior to your stay.
- Please note that a minimum of £100 will be charged for lost or damaged keys, and £50 if you lock yourself out. Please be careful with them.
- For long stays of 30 days or more, guests must pay for mid-let cleans at the cost of the Cleaning Fee. This includes fresh linen and consumables top-up.
- Our linen and towels cannot be washed by guests as it will damage them. If washed a fee of £100 will be charged to the guest. We can provide fresh linen if required at an additional cost to the guest
- We provide toiletries to last a couple of days. We also provide a washing-up pack, dishwasher, washing tablets, toilet rolls, and kitchen rolls. If more is needed there are nearby supermarkets minutes away.
- This is our home in Cambridge, please care for it as you would your own.

Additional Information:
When booking with us your stay will be protected by a Deposit Guarantee, Guest Guarantee, and public liability provided by our risk management partner, SUPERHOG. To benefit from this protection you will be contacted by SUPERHOG directly to verify yourself. Once your booking is confirmed, you can also go via their website, superhog.com, to start the verification.

IMPORTANT: On behalf of our host at Pass the Keys, we require guest verification facilitated by Truvi (Previously called Superhog). Upon confirming your booking, Truvi will contact the lead booker via a secure link, providing detailed instructions for the verification process.

The online verification requires a government-issued photo ID and a credit or debit card. During this process, you may choose between a refundable GBP 500 deposit (plus GBP 10 transaction fee currency equivalent) or purchase a non-refundable damage waiver of GBP 40 (currency equivalent) to cover potential damages during your stay.

Once the verification process is successfully completed, check-in information will be provided. If you opted in for a deposit, this will be refunded via credit/debit card after your stay, subject to an inspection of the property.
