Welcome to our charming classic villa, located in a peaceful urbanization with stunning mountain views and amazing sunsets. This villa offers a unique blend of tranquility and convenience, making it an ideal getaway for families, couples, or friends.
The accommodation is all on the first floor, accessible via steps on the side leading to the upper terraces, which offer stunning views. Ideally situated in a quiet urbanization on the outskirts of town, this villa benefits from being just a 10-minute drive to both Javea and Moraira beaches. The golf course is only 3 kms away, and a supermarket is 4 minutes away. There are also three restaurants nearby, one of which is a beach club that offers indoor and outdoor dining, pools, and a disco for the young at heart.
Guests will have exclusive access to the entire first floor. The lower floor, which includes the garage and studio, is not accessible. However, guests can enjoy the entire garden, terraces, and the driveway, which accommodates two cars.
