Ubicado en la ladera, esta es la planta baja de un chalet independiente (Primer piso no se utiliza). Piscina privada, vistas a las montañas. Terrazas. Zona tranquila, pero cerca de todas las instalaciones. 10 minutos de la ciudad y la playa. Los supermercados a poca distancia.
Este es el lugar perfecto para unas vacaciones tranquilas, pero a poca distancia de la diversión de la ciudad si así lo desea. Las numerosas calas y playas están a pocos minutos en coche y las montañas a veinte minutos en coche.
Wifi y aire acondicionado están disponibles a un costo pequeño adicional.

pequeña pero acogedora

Casa Linda ha resultado Ideal para nosotros (pareja con niño de 4 años). La casa es pequeña pero suficiente y el exterior con la piscina se disfruta muchísimo. Destacar la piscina, la cual es genial. La Ubicación es muy buena, cerca de servicios y supermercados. Moraida está a buena distancia. La casa está en un barrio muy tranquilo, ideal para descansar.

Vacaciones de relax

La casa de Linda es muy acogedora, pequeñita pero suficiente para dos personas. La piscina es estupenda, da el sol hasta las 6:30 aproximadamente. Como puntos negativos, no hay cama doble aunque la anuncia como tal, son dos camas individuales unidas que evidentemente se separan de noche y no son cómodas y como segundo punto, pese a que insistimos en nuestra preocupación porque los trabajadores llevaran mascarilla, ni el encargado de cuidar la piscina ni el jardinero la trajeron cuando vinieron a hacer su trabajo durante nuestra estancia. Por lo demás no tenemos quejas, Linda es de trato fácil y está siempre disponible para cualquier duda.

Great pool!

Cozy little house with everything we needed to spend our lockdown vacation. Placed on top of a hill, it takes some stair climbing to reach the house, but the pool and the views are definitely worth it. Super nice host, always ready to help. Thanks Linda!

Fantastic pool, views, breeze... a great place to relax :)

We had a very restful stay. The private pool with great views is absolutely fantastic, perfect water temperature too. As it's on a hill, there was always a lovely breeze (we were there in August), and excellent shade on the terrace almost the entire day. Inside the house doesn't get too hot either. The house is very well equipped and cleaner than others we've stayed at. Lovely soft towels and great shower. The owner was very nice and helpful. We would definitely stay at Casa Linda again :)

Flawless holiday!

Just came back from an 8 day stay at Casa Linda and well what can i say? it was as flawless as it could be. First of all, the communication with Linda was super easy and helpful. I could always message her even before the trip and even if we didnt had any problems during our stay, im 100% sure she'd help us out in no time. The Villa itself was clean and very well equipped. It is big enough, has everything you need and obviously the pool with the view was the highlight. I would also like to mention the plancha grill outside, which makes it super easy to have a nice bbq outside. We rented a car, to reach all the beautiful citys around, like Calpe, Benidorm, Denia, Xabia. You can reach all of them in maximum 30 minutes. The location around the Casa is beautiful and very quiet, makes it perfect to have some restful days. All in all i would give 20/10 points. We will surely come back, thanks again Linda for making this holiday a holiday we will never ever forget!

A wonderful vacation villa

We had a great holiday with my husband and our little daughter at villa Linda. What we liked the most was the private pool, peaceful location and beautiful surroundings. It's a great staring point for reaching one of the most beautiful beaches of Costa Blanca. The villa is really well equipped, there was even a vacuum cleaner so that you can keep the house clean during your stay. There were very clear instructions about everything and we did not have any issues. We had minor misunderstandings with the cleaning staff when we arrrived but that did not really cause us any inconvenience. It felt like home and if we have the chance we would definitely spend our next vacation at casa Linda.

Peaceful haven with spectacular views

We really loved this place as soon as we arrived. The views are spectacular from the house and pool of mountains and countryside giving a feeling of space and privacy. The villa has plenty of space for two or three people but we spent all our time outside in perfect weather with good quality seating and sun loungers. Very private setting backing onto woodlands. Linda was always available during the booking process and even talked us through finding the villa live on the phone when my sat nav crashed. It’s a five minute drive to the beach and half that to the nearest supermarket. We’ve booked for next year already!

Wonder week in Casa Linda

As my wife and I were looking for a relaxing & peaceful break in the sun in our favourite corner of Spain, Casa Linda stood out right away due the fact only the bottom half of the villa is rented out, ideal for a couple only. Which we thought was pretty unique as the majority of villas accommodate larger groups and of course a very fair price. Casa Linda is only an hours drive from Alicante airport very easy to find in a very quiet neighbourhood. We found the villa clean and very well equipped, everything we needed. The pool was fantastic with the lovely surrounding area and gardens around the villa which are very well kept. It also has to be said, the view from the villa is absolutely stunning. There are a number supermarkets close by allowing the fridge to be kept well stocked. Moraira is only a short drive away with ample and easy accessible parking, with lots of cafes, bars, shops and restaurants to explore. And a very good beach, again with all the amenities required at hand. All communications with Linda in the run up to our holiday were professional and very friendly. Casa Linda hit all bases for my wife and I, one week of sun, piece and relaxation. Walter & Susan Scott.

Beautiful location and perfect for either relaxing or exploring the area.

The view from the outside/pool area is stunning as soon as you arrive. The villa is perfectly located between some beautiful coastal towns, all within an easy drive. Perfect for exploring the peninsula. It's also close to several supermarkets to pick up any needed supplies. The villa/apartment has all that was needed for a lovely relaxing week. The owner's customer service was excellent prior to and post holiday. We hope to return one day and hopefully sooner rather than later. Thank you.

Nous avons passé d'excellentes vacances. Nous étions si bien dans ce petit nid douillet que nous n'avons pas eu besoin d'aller souvent à la plage. La maison est un vrai havre de paix où il ne manque rien. Adresse à retenir si vous recherchez calme, tranquilité et confort et un bon rapport qualité/prix. We had a great holiday. We were so comfortable in this cozy little nest that we did not have to go to the beach often. The house is a real haven of peace where nothing is missing. Address to remember if you seek calm, tranquility and comfort and a good quality / price ratio.

We arrived at the Villa around 14.00 by following the direction that Linda supplied this was around 1 hour from the Airport, Be aware that Sunday the supermarkets are closed apart from Pepe La Sal which is open until 21.00 which is just outside Moraira on the left. We had a brilliant peaceful 10 days stay, stunning views looking out on the Mongo, the pool was cleaned every Tuesday around 17.00 if you wish to eat in at the Villa as we did you have all cooking utilities. you also have 2 fridges 1 inside and 1 outside under the Naya Calpe, Javea are within 20 mins drive from the Villa Geoff & Julie

Lovely, peaceful villa, with everything you need.

Really easy to find, pretty much equidistant between Alicante & Valencia airports & only 10 mins by car to Javea or 30 to Benidorm if you fancy visiting. The villa has a wonderful outlook over to the mountains, it's well appointed & we wanted for nothing. Lots of supermarkets nearby & while Moraira is only a 10 minute drive away, it only takes 40-45 minutes to walk it, which isn't too bad. The poo was great & most welcome, villa clean, & tidy on arrival, couldn't fault any of it. Thank you

A little piece of heaven

We have just returned from a wonderful 10 days at Casa Linda. The owner Linda could not have been more helpful, the booking from start to finish was seamless and well informed. The villa was lovely and clean, perfectly proportioned and catered for all our needs. Great outside space and lovely pool. The location could not be better with its elevated position providing fantastic views and the peace and quiet needed to recharge our batteries. With Moraira and its many bars and restaurants only 10 minutes away we had the best of both worlds. Definitely recommend and hope to return one day.

Peace and quiet in a stunning setting

This villa with gorgeous pool was in a fantastic location, and provided first class facilities for total relaxation. Everything we needed was on hand, and the beds were especially comfortable! Moraira is a lovely town that boasts many restaurants and a beautiful seafront yet remains not too "touristy". So if you are looking for peace and quiet with a touch of the real Spain within easy reach, this would be the perfect place.

Perfect villa / Villa parfaite

Stayed in this villa in 2013 for 1 week and it was such a perfect place to stay to visit this lovely region of Spain. Moraira, Javea, Denia and even Alicante are really close to the villa. A few beautiful beaches are just a short drive away. Javea's golf course is only 5 mn drive from the house. The villa itself has everything you need to rest, sleep, cook and enjoy the view, the pool and the quiet area. Loved the pool, always warm, even at night :-) Would recommend this villa to everyone and we will definitely stay there when we return to Spain. Nous avons séjourné dans cette villa en juillet 2013 pendant 1 semaine et je dois dire que c'est la villa idéale pour visiter cette région d'Espagne. Moraira, Javea, Denia et même Alicante sont vraiment très proches de la villa. Il y a également quelque plages magnifiques à quelques minutes en voiture. Le parcours de golf de Javea est à 5 mn de la maison. La villa elle-même offre tout le confort nécessaire pour se reposer, dormir, cuisiner et profiter de la vue, de la piscine et du calme. Je recommande cette villa à tout le monde et nous réserverons certainement cette villa lors de notre prochain séjour dans cette région d'Espagne.
