A little rough around the edges but overall exactly what we needed. Each room having its own bathroom was very nice for all of us staying. Close to coffee, food, drinks and shops. Very private feeling even though it’s a shared building. Pool temp was perfect and it was a nice and private area to lat out at.

Beautiful property, the pool area we had completely to ourselves!! This would be a place I could bring our family, and our family is large... we had one issue setting up our tv, but it was addressed almost immediately the maintenance guy was fantastic, thank you Jose!!And thank you Cameron , we will definitely be returning!!

This townhouse was perfect for our family reunion. It provided plenty of space and gave us an opportunity to stay together in one location. We had a wonderful stay at this home in Scottsdale over the weekend! The house was very clean, comfortable, and well taken care of. Parking was super easy and convenient, which made everything stress-free from the moment we arrived. The communication throughout our stay was excellent — very responsive, friendly, and helpful. The kitchen was beautiful and had everything we needed, and the views were absolutely stunning. Overall, it was such a relaxing and enjoyable experience. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to others!

This is a three level home with very tall ceilings. This means lots of stairs. It is not conducive for heavy suitcases or the elderly. While the place was clean, the carpet was badly stained and dirty. Great location.

The pool was dirty, the hot tub did not work, the thermostat malfunctioned, the A/C went off periodically in 112 heat, and to top it all off the host doubled the price for unfounded cleaning charges. we didn't party and took out all the trash, and loaded and ran the dishwasher. Also, the doors to the washer dryer were broken, a bathroom vent did not work, and there was clearly previous water damage. There is a second, tiny countertop microwave because the main one does not work. STAY AWAY.

We appreciate all feedback, but we need to clear up what actually happened here: A/C & Thermostat: Cranking the thermostat down to 60°F when it's 112°F outside causes the coils to freeze solid and shut the unit down. The A/C wasn't broken, it froze over because it was pushed past its physical limits. Pool & Hot Tub: Both are professionally cleaned and tested before every single guest arrives. They were clean and fully working. Cleaning Fee: While we appreciate you running the dishwasher and taking out trash, the extra charge was for post-checkout cleanup required well beyond standard turnover. Maintenance & Appliances: The home, doors, vents, and appliances are inspected regularly. The countertop microwave is simply an extra convenience for guests. We take pride in keeping our home in great shape, and we're always here to help during a stay if a guest reaches out to us directly.

Great spot, but it is a townhouse with a shared pool. Not a big deal, but should be clear in the posting. The property was great though and has a very good location and VERY GOOD parking if you have multiple vehicles.

Very nice place to stay. Clean, excellent location. Pool was great for the kids and communication with our host Cameron was excellent as well. His responses were prompt and very helpful. Shops very close within walking distance ( morning Starbucks) etc. Would highly recommend staying here. Two story with a balcony overlooking pool area. Thank you

Great location, quiet neighborhood. We loved the hot tub, but the pool was not heated which was a bummer. Also, it's a three story unit, which was fine for our group but just a heads up about two sets of stairs. Overall nice place!

Pool and hot tub were depicted and advertised as private. It is not. House is a 3 story condo. Location is pretty good though. If I knew what I was booking I would have been satisfied unfortunately Vrbo didn't disclose details that would have made me choose a different property.

We booked this lux heated pool Hot tub in Scottsdale for 2 nights. It is far from luxury BUT I’ll give it five stars for value and need.The Condo is a little quirky. Great location and lots of space. Free parking in garage with all the amenities that we needed. The host Cameron was very attentive.

We LOVED the location: great neighborhood, easy walk to restaurants and shopping. The living room furniture had ample space for the group to sit around as well as the patio. We had plenty of towels. Personally, the downstairs mattress had a few springs or something that made nights long, but others said the upstairs ones were good.

I wish I could say that we loved this place for our mothers/daughters stay but I cannot. The condo is in need of a LOT of TLC and upgrades starting with the couch in the LR that smelled of urine and was VERY dirty. TBH, I wouldn't even sit on the couch as it was that bad. The fact that they don't want you to lower the thermostat below 75 in Phoenix is ridiculous and that they can control it remotely is even worse. The dishes/untensils in the kitchen were dirty (some items even down right nasty). One bedroom has carpet tacks sticking up as well as missing/ripped up carpet. The carpet on the stairs is very dirty. Furniture is some rooms was broken and bed frames were bigger than the mattress. The upstairs bathrooms had to share the shampoo as there was only 1 bottle. The washer/dryer on the 3rd floor is or has leaked in the past as the 1/2 bath below it has what appears water puddled in the ceiling looking like it is ready to bust. The host gets an A for communication though as he responded to all my ?? within minutes. The tv in the LR worked but you first had to steal a fire stick from another TV as there weren't enough and the remote had no batteries in it. When I stripped the bed in the master, it revealed a huge urine stain on the mattress cover (yuck!). This host really needs to sink some money into this place to bring it up to a 3 star VRBO. Oh, they don't provide trash bags yet they want you to take the trash out. Sorry Cameron. Pls try harder but thank you.

I live and work in San Diego, CA America's FINEST city, and I love the beach/surfing, exercising, yoga, golf, snowboarding, watching and attending sporting events, and eating at new restaurants. I also enjoy beer/wine (San Diego has a great microbrewery scene)!

I consider myself outgoing, easy to get along with, VERY COMMUNICATIVE and FLEXIBLE. I've been known to make friends and spend time with my guests, if that's what they prefer, but also can keep myself busy and leave them alone (if that's what they want!).
