This home is in the perfect location to enjoy your desert stay. It is just 4 minutes from the square and there is a ton of shopping and dinning options. The home has recently had its kitchen renovated and has a mini game room. I feel that guest will be very impressed with the location and type of house that this listing offers. It also has both washer and dryer, coffee maker, wifi, garage, and a pop a shot basketball game. tpt21623179

this was such a homey and comfortable place to stay in old town. only downside was the house floors were pretty dirty, couldn’t even walk barefoot but besides that, it was perfect!

The hot tub didn't heat up. Lack of dishes ( only 1 coffee cup for 3 people), no wash cloths. No details for when leaving.

Booked a 4 night stay and moved out after the first night. No clean towels were available. The sheets were dirty. Stains on the pillows and comforters. Would not recommend this property.

Lovely house!

Perfect house for our visit! The house had everything we needed and perfect for hosting my birthday. We would have loved to stay here longer. Owner was communicative and answered questions I had. Would recommend staying here, lovely area and close to everything!

The hot tub was ice cold and when we tried to contact property manager we got very few responses. It ended up taking 2 full days to get the property manager to send out someone to "fix it" and then it only stayed hot for 2 days and then stopped working again. The landscaping needs major clean up, the weeds were very over grown and there were burs EVERYWHERE to the point of being stuck in the rugs of the bedrooms and you couldn't walk on any of the turf/grass areas without getting them embedded in your feet. ALL of the remotes did not work, they all needed new batteries and even with new batteries none of the remotes worked for the bedroom TV's only the living room TV. Remotes for the light/fan combos didn't work either, and neither did the surround sound which would have helped a partially deaf veteran to hear the TV. We had to go buy more towels and rags because there was no where near enough in the house as well as toilet paper because there was not enough of that either. It was a fight to get any kind of communication from the property owner, house was standard nothing special it worked for a short trip.

Perfect!

We rented this for the Inning's Festival in Tempe and hotels in the area were outrageous! We had 4 in our group so we needed at least 2 rooms in 2 bathrooms, This house was perfect in a very quiet neighborhood, It was exactly as described Had everything we need and the owner was easy to communicate with. We go to the Phoenix area quite a bit and we will definitely be staying here again!

worst stay ever.

Stayed for 3 nights, the last message was the first day of check in and just gave the door code. Tried communicating that the place was dirty when checking in, and got no response. The AC doesn’t work, the game room isn’t the same as in photos. The garbage disposal in sink doesn’t work. trying to get a partial refund at least for having the clean the place ourselves and nothing working, and not getting any sort of response the entire stay.

Needs a good cleaning

The house look clean and presentable on the outside. Cleanliness:This place could use a good clean up.1-A pair of dirty socks left in one of the rooms.2-The coffee machine had old coffee with mold in it.3-A huge pile of garbage bags in the back yard.Amenities:Not all listed amenities are available 1-No pool (under construction)2-No Hot Tub (under construction)3-No control for garage, which it took some figuring out in order to use the garage.

Does not look anything like pictures.

The outside is completely overgrown, not kept in the slightest, Many issues inside including it was not cleaned properly before arrival. Dirty towels, dirty dishes, stains, and obscene images were all over the house. Upon contacting for a full refund I was told I would get one, and have been only partially refunded to this point. Still waiting on word from vrbo. Absolute disaster, do not waste your time on this property. The owner clearly does not care for it nor for the guests.

No Hot Water No Refund

We had no hot water our entire stay and the host did not get the issue fixed even though we informed him. We have also not seen any refunded money to this point. There is also no hot tub. A pool is being installed that might have a hot tub, but there is currently no hot tub.

Great communication with host during the whole stay. Very nicely decorated and modern. New Pool (not originally pictured)- some game features were pictured but not there. Overall inside of house was clean and aesthetic. Great location, too, pretty neighborhood!
