Situation in a prime location, you`ll be close to many restaurants along portobello, Notting Hill and easy walk from Ladbroke Grove station.

Relax in our inviting living room with beautiful blue pastel walls & neutral furniture including a small sofa and a single armchair to create a comfortable seating area.

The dining table provides a perfect spot for meals or working remotely.

Though the kitchen is small it is fully equipped with all the nesessary amenities (details available in amenities section)

The bedroom feature pastel tones and a king size bed for a restful nights sleep. You also have a small conservatory to allow some extra space, adding a touch of lightness to the place.

Lastly you have the full bathroom which boasts a walk in shower.

We provide our guests with a `home away from home` experience. Therefore, we would really appreciate all our guests to leave the place as close to as how they found it. Any excessive mess that requires our cleaners to go beyond the standard check out clean (changing linen, preparing the property for the next guest and restocking of general house supplies etc.) will be charged to the guests. Please also note that we will charge a penalty fee of £500 if any of our house rules are broken.

The flat was clean and comfortable. Unfortunately, it advertised laundry (washer / dryer) which really did not function - we were forced to spend one morning at the local laundromat. Very frustrating. I had even e mailed the owner confirming presence of laundry.The least you can do is to be honest of what is included in the booking.

Very reasonable, comfortable, quiet flat. Nothing missing but nothing extragavent. Close to the tube which comes with some downside in trash and traffic. The house manual is a bit threating in that significant costs can be incurred for infractions. Typically we'd leave unopened products (eg beer) in the fridge but that could have triggered a fine. Communication w/the manager somewhat delayed but acceptable.
