At the heart of the house is the bright and spacious kitchen and dining area, fully equipped for everything from a quick breakfast before heading out for the day to a relaxed family dinner around the large dining table.

Doors open directly onto the landscaped rear garden and patio, which catches the evening sun and provides a lovely spot for outdoor drinks or dining on warmer days.

The large separate living room offers plenty of comfortable seating, a Smart TV for logging into your favourite streaming services and doors leading directly onto the garden. It's a cosy place to relax after a day exploring the Lancashire countryside.

Thieveley Pike View has four individually styled bedrooms.

On the ground floor you'll find a spacious king-size bedroom with its own private en-suite shower room — particularly convenient for guests who prefer to avoid stairs.

Upstairs there is a second king-size bedroom which can be configured as two single beds if required, a comfortable double bedroom and a separate single bedroom.

The large family bathroom has both a bath and separate shower, and there is an additional WC downstairs.

Fresh white bed linen and towels are provided for your stay.

Perfect for families

Families are very welcome and the spacious layout gives everyone room to relax. A travel cot and highchair are available for younger guests, while the enclosed rear garden provides a safe outdoor space for children to enjoy.

The fully enclosed rear garden means your four-legged companions have space outside, and with countryside walks accessible from the village, it's a fantastic base for a dog-friendly Lancashire break.
