2. People other than those in the Guest party set forth above may not enter the property or stay overnight in the property. Any kind of Party for more than the people staying in the property must be informed prior to booking the villa, which in some cases it might not be accepted and if accepted extra charge might apply. In case you do so, we can refuse to hand over the Property to you, or can require you to leave. We will treat any of these circumstances as a cancelation of the booking by you and we shall be under no obligation to refund you for any fees already paid to us

We can’t give enough wonderful feedback about this house and our experience with it. We met Louisa and Yanis at check in, who were lovely and went above and beyond helping us with our lost luggage. We met their father who was just a delight. This house is gorgeous and comfortable and well thought out. We loved relaxing on the balcony with coffee every morning, watching the sun rise over the mountains and enjoying the peaceful view in front of us. The amenities were plentiful, everything was clean and tidy. We truly loved this home as if it were our own.

Hello there,
I am Manos, owner, and manager of CreteVillas4U. I have been in the hospitality sector long before CreteVillas4U, however. I was born, grew up, and spent most of my life in a hotel owned by my family. So, I guess it came as no surprise when I expressed my wish to study at Rhodes’ Tourism School and, later on, decided to start my own business in the sector.
I learned growing up in a family-run hotel that hospitality is more than hotel management, logistics, and operations. It is a culture, passed down from one generation to the next. You can study to be a hotel manager but you cannot study to be hospitable.
I apply this philosophy in my business as well. The rule is simple: the guests of the villas I manage are my guests. As an active traveler, I expect nothing less myself.
The fourth generation of Dafermos hoteliers has already been born. I know now that my two beautiful children will probably follow my steps, like I did before them. There is a small difference though: they are smarter, more educated, better (big smile).
