Guests have full, exclusive access to the entire 130 sq.m. villa and its private 1,000 sq.m. gated grounds. You will enjoy absolute privacy with no shared spaces. This includes full access to the 9-metre private swimming pool, the beautifully landscaped gardens, the outdoor children's play area, the stone-built BBQ facilities, and the private parking area.

(Please note: The villa’s storage room and boiler room are strictly private and locked for utility/maintenance purposes).

• Fresh bed linen, blankets, bed covers, extra pillows, as well as high-quality bath and pool towels are fully provided for your stay.

• Housekeeping service is provided every 3 to 4 days.

• Professional pool and garden maintenance takes place twice a week to ensure everything is pristine.

Climate Resilience Tax:

• In accordance with Greek law, a Climate Resilience Tax of 15 Euros per night applies to villa rentals. This tax is automatically collected through the VRBO platform during your booking process.
