The whole house is at your disposal to enjoy peace, nature, and precious moments. Ample parking, a garden, and an outdoor fireplace and BBQ are available.
Inside, you'll find spacious living spaces with Wi-Fi, several fireplaces, a fully equipped kitchen, four bedrooms with TVs, and two bathrooms, one with a Jacuzzi shower.
A DVD and music collection, books, and children's toys are available. Air conditioning, a washer, and a dryer are also provided.
If you'd like, you can enjoy the fruit and vegetables from the garden free of charge, and if you wish, I'd be happy to let you taste some Umbrian specialties.

From time to time, I may stay in the separate flat downstairs, but you’ll have your own private entrance and plenty of privacy. And if our paths cross, it would be a true pleasure to meet and get to know you!
