It’s just 400 metres from a spectacular sandy beach where you can watch the kids build sandcastles, or have a go at water sports like paddleboarding, kayaking and surfing. The village has a varied selection of independent cafés, restaurants, shops and pubs, all within 400 metres, so you can easily eat out and pick up shopping and souvenirs. Further afield, experience Devon’s surfing Mecca at nearby Croyde (4.5 miles) or visit the National Trust country house at Arlington Court (12.5 miles).
This premium ground-floor apartment is presented in soothing, muted hues for a welcoming atmosphere as soon as you step inside. Decorative touches, like patterned soft furnishings, jazzy wallpaper and artwork, all add to the appeal. The open-plan living area is a lovely space for relaxing after a day at the beach, with its sofas and Smart TV.
