First and foremost, we’re glad that you appreciated the location, which is indeed one of the strongest aspects of the apartment — just steps from the castle, across from the beach, and very close to Via Roma, right in the vibrant heart of Naples. That said, we sincerely apologize for the miscommunication regarding the layout of the property. We understand how frustrating it must have been to find out upon arrival that one of the rooms was detached from the main unit and lacked air conditioning. While this configuration is specified in the listing, we clearly did not communicate it as clearly as we should have, and we take full responsibility for that oversight. We will immediately review the listing details and adjust them to make this point more transparent for future guests. We also appreciate your note about the attic structure, the stairs, and the 10 AM checkout. These are all important considerations, and your feedback helps us ensure that guests have accurate expectations before booking. We’re always available 7 days a week to assist during the stay, and we’re sorry we missed the opportunity to help resolve some of these concerns while you were here.
