The Retreat - 4BR Arcadia Home w/ Heated Pool & Spa

Enjoy a stylish 4-bedroom retreat centrally located just 9 minutes from Old Town Scottsdale & Camelback Mountain, 5 minutes to Arcadia/Biltmore restaurants & shopping, 7 minutes from Phoenix Skyharbor Airport. Custom backyard with screened-in Arizona room, putting green, pool (heating optional), hot tub, firepit, pergola & hammock. Spacious Master-suite with bathtub, dual rain walk-in shower, and electric fireplace. Outfitted with R/O drinking water system, barn door window shades throughout!

The space
The Arcadia retreat has been thoughtfully designed for those who truly appreciate the outdoor Arizona lifestyle. Inside you'll find a primary suite with luxurious primary bathroom king bed, high-end in-room fireplace and TV, 2 bedrooms with high end queen beds and 1 bedroom with two single beds (Note that this bedroom must be traversed in order to access the primary bedroom). For additional sleeping capacity there is also a queen sized pull-out sofa in the living room.

The backyard is packed with comfy spaces to relax and enjoy the weather:

-4 person outdoor table
-4-6 person heated spa
-4 person table under a covered gazebo for the hotter days
-putting green
-pool with heating optional (please notify 1-week prior to reservation if you would like the pool to be heated at $30/day)

Pool was nice but hot tubs chemicals were way off, burning our eyes. Temp was 109 when we got there so turned it way down to 102. Overall, good visit and beds were very comfortable.

Great Place To Take Family!!!

Communication with host was great, easy check in, quiet neighborhood, the place was spotless! Beautiful home inside n out! Golfing was fun and pool is not deep, our family and pets loved it and will be returning.

We had a great stay. We were in AZ for my graduation from GCU. We found The Retreat and instantly booked our stay. It had enough room for my family and I and the amazing backyard made us want to stay longer. We hope to book another stay sometime. Thank you to Thw Retreat for our stay.

Wonderful outdoor space for relaxing

Plenty of clean comfortable beds for the five of us. Lovely backyard space with pool and shaded seating and putting green for enjoying games and relaxing. Convenient location to good restaurants, grocery stores and shopping. The only negative thing was our stay was only 2 nights.

Great family getaway

Great Stay!

We were an intergenerational family staying in Phoenix for a couple of days. The owners were very communicative and helpful at each step of the reservation process and stay. Their home has a great location, wonderful outdoor space with a lovely pool and hot tub that were both enjoyed - in January! We appreciated the cleanliness and access to laundry, as well. Thanks for a great stay!

Perfect getaway

Our family of 5 enjoyed the property immensely. The location was great as it is near the airport and other great restaurants. The neighborhood is up and coming so don't get too worried when you drive up to it. We took Waymo everywhere and loved it.

Recreation softball stay

Place was clean and well maintained the guys really enjoyed the hot tub, the pool and all outdoor amenities . We didn’t spend much time on the property except sleep and showers but we enjoyed the time we spent there.
