Very Comfortable

Great location. Extremely helpful and friendly staff. Condo is very comfortable and clean. Everything you need to make your stay wonderful. Highly recommend. Beautiful gulf views.

Just PERFECT!!!!

Property was immaculate and had everything we needed, the MOST GORGEOUS view of the Gulf of America!!! Location on Gasparilla Island (north end) is lovely. The Boca Grande Club is so nice! Really enjoyed the golf cart ride around the island The Tarpon fishing was our highlight!!! Highly recommend this amazing condo!

Just perfect.

My husband and I came here for a weekend and the condo and location did not disappoint. Clean, quiet, fresh and beautiful! The beach was stunning. The pool and hot tub were the cleanest I have ever seen anywhere. The view was incredible from our living area, kitchen, dining area and bedroom. Everything in the condo looked new or almost new. All the things you would need kitchen wise or beach wise were provided. Loved it and we will be back!

Incredible Stay

This is an impeccably maintained property in The Boca Grande Club. The pool, beach, tiki bar, restaurant are all just incredible. We will be back!!!

clean! comfy! cozy!

Overall, its lovely. However, did NOT get any rules, instructions, map, address, until I got home. So, didn't know where, who, how as a first timeVRBO user-- this was not good. And to ask for a gratuity for cleaning was uncalled for... for over 500/nite, it was way too much. I would've expected owner to contact me directly prior to my stay... that would've made this perfect. One of the guards at the front gate had to be reported for rude, scary behavior. But that's not the owners fault. Loved the condo, the reconstruction noises daily are to be understood and the employees at the club were awesome! The beach is by far the greatest on the SW coast area. Having grown up on Marco Island- this is right up there with that area. Thanks for a great stay!

Peaceful beach vacation

We stayed around the 4th of july and really enjoyed our stay. It was peace and relaxing for our family 4. The unit was very clean with beautiful veiws. The kids shared the pull out couch with no complaints. Everyone was very nice at the club. We liked that it was more laid back and relaxing then expected during the 4th of july. We had a great beach vacation.

Lovely gated community right on the water. Unit views are amazing. Steps to the beach. Right next to the outstanding club restaurant. Couldn’t have wanted for more.

Christmas in the sun

Unit was well furnished and had a lovely view. While signs in many places said “no dogs allowed” or “no dogs on beach” there were numerous dogs in the area and on the beach. Otherwise, nice beach, nice pool, great surroundings. Restaurant superb.

great Gulf get-away

Property was exactly as advertised. Very comfortable and peaceful. It is ready to go with all you may need. Sterling is a breeze and pleasure to deal with. Boca Grande is a lovely place with welcoming locals. Small town charm with great fishing! Highly recommend it!

Boca Grande is Lovely

Very nice 1 bedroom unit. Perfect for 3. Beautiful location, sunset is superb from beach or within your unit, and amenities are nice. Easy to rent, we love Boca Grande, it’s an annual tradition.

Gorgeous view, Comfortable

This well organized condo is very beautifully equipped and comfortable...and the windows facing the gulf make it seem so open. We really enjoyed the ability to have dinner with the doors open (screened of course). It was like dining al fresco. The beach is lovely and these Sanibel lovers transplanted to another place to check it out really liked this island a lot. The people are warm and friendly and it all made for a good stay.

Amazing Views

Great, relaxing vacation. We enjoyed the amazing ocean views, walks on the beach and the quiet atmosphere of Boca Grande. The condo was perfect for the two of us and very well equipped. What a lovely place, hope to return!

Lovely property. Sterling kept up great communication even when assessing damage from the hurricane. The on-site team was friendly and accommodating. Facilities were as described and well appointed. Thanks for a wonderful stay.

Boca Grande in September

This condo is just as it is described, very clean, and close to the beach. It is a short car or golf cart drive from anything you could need. The club pools are extremely well maintained and staffed and this condo is very conveniently located to the main pool. We enjoyed it as much as the beach. Full disclosure, this was our first time to Gasparilla island and my wife and are already talking about a return trip. We have heard it was a "hidden gem" and that is accurate. While many businesses on the island were closed in the part of September we visited, if you would like a beach largely to yourself - this is the time to visit.

Great location

Beautiful property, very nice little condo with everything we needed, beautiful empty beach, and breathtaking sunsets. Shallow water so very kids friendly.

As a guest you become a temporary member of the Boca Grande Club and can access many of the club amenities. There is an additional membership fee of $50 per day. Enjoy having your lounge chair and umbrella set up on the beach or sip a cool drink at the tiki bar overlooking the Gulf. Towels are provided at both the pool and beach.
