Bienvenido a Boca Gran Norte con algunas de las mejores vistas de agua de la isla! Decorado en un tema náutico con cubiertas para ver tanto el puerto de Charlotte y el Golfo de México que ofrecen impresionantes vistas del agua. Se trata de una unidad especial que invita a venir y relajarse.

Esta isla especial tiene el ambiente de una época pasada ... no hay restaurantes de comida rápida, no hay semáforos, no hay edificios altos, y casi ningún crimen. Es siete millas de largo y una milla de ancho, con impresionantes aguas de tipo Caribe.

Se trata de una unidad de primer piso, con fácil acceso y unas escaleras. Tome el desayuno en la terraza frente al puerto de Charlotte y cócteles en la terraza para ver las increíbles puestas de sol de Boca.
Proporcionamos todos los elementos esenciales para una visita muy cómoda. con lavadora y secadora, cocina totalmente equipada, cafetera Keurig o goteo tradicional, y vistas al agua desde todas las ventanas.

Si te gusta la pesca, el golf, el uso de carritos de golf para el transporte de bicicletas de equitación, brisas cálidas y hermosas puestas de sol (estaciones de carga disponibles), este debe ser su elección. I cannot say enough positive things about my experience. From initial booking, ease of accessing the condo when we arrived, checking in with us during our stay to make sure everything was going well and if we had questions - outstanding experience all around. The condo was beautiful, fully updated and super clean. Beds were comfy and the kitchen had everything we needed to cook dinner after a long day on the beach and at the pool ( which was also wonderful). Highly recommend!!!

The condo unit was great! Very clean, kitchen well supplied. Beds were very comfortable. We loved the back deck…used it a lot. The pool and hot tub were terrific also. Three problems we ran into….front door code was problematic…the shower door did not slide easily…and there were only 2 beach chairs for 4 of us. Great weather! Beautiful sunsets!

Sometimes people take take chairs to the beach and somehow they don’t come back to our condo. I will let the office know about the shower door also. This place has it all!!!

We had a perfect stay in the condo. It has everything you need. All of the rooms are well furnished and comfortable with plenty of space. It’s rare to find a place that you can see the sun rises and sunsets from the same property and we enjoyed them every single day. We are looking forward to booking our next stay. The host was very easy to communicate both before the trip for planning purposes and during the stay. Five stars all around.

Boca Grande condo

We had a wonderful week at this condo and it wasn’t just because the weather was spectacular! The condo is very nicely decorated, comfortable and was roomy enough for my family which included two teenagers. We loved the location on the water with both sunrise and sunset views. It was easy to get downtown with a golf cart where there are many great restaurants. My only complaint is that we are not still there!

Great stay in Boca Grande

Joy and Dennis have a lovely, updated condo in Boca Grande North. The kitchen was well stocked with everything that you would need- even pantry items. We loved the decor, and the beds were comfortable. It was great to have water views out the front and back of the condo. The condo property is well taken care of, with a nice pool and tennis court. We would absolutely stay at Joy and Dennis's condo again! It was our first time to Boca Grande. What a hidden gem!

Wonderful week with our grandchildren!

Our son and daughter in law brought our grandkids down for spring break and stayed in this beautiful condominium on Boca Grande. A perfect vacation in a beautiful home. Nothing was missed. Summer Fun at Boca Grande North

The stay at Boca Grande North was great and perfect for fishing. The condo was bigger than I expected, furnished and decorated very well, and had every amenity you could possibly need. The views of the sunrises and sunsets were spectacular! The only two suggestions I have that would make the stay more enjoyable would be more lounge chairs on the deck across the street and a boat lift in the slip. The owners were very hospitable and checked to make sure we had everything we needed. We had a lot of summer fun at Boca Grande North!

Boca Grande Island Vacation

My family really enjoyed our time on Boca Grande. The condo is beautifully decorated and has everything you need. It’s perfect for watching both sunset and sunrise. We rented a golf cart and used it to run about the island. It was also one of the most peaceful vacations I’ve ever had. So quiet and not overpacked with tourists and traffic. Joy was great about sending recommendations on restaurants, etc. and very pleasant to work with. Thanks for allowing us to rent your lovely condo. We love it! The Ferreri Family

Absolutely stunning condo that has been updated with all new amenities and up to date with current technology. Absolutely beautiful sunrises from the back porch and breath taking unobstructed sunsets from the front porch. You have a full view of the dock from your back porch but you can also just walk right out the back door onto the dock to check on your boat. The online check in was extremely easy! They literally just text you a code to get in the door. No face to face interactions needed! We were able to communicate with the owners all week and they were very attentive to every need we had. Huge pool and very nice hot tub. 10 out of 10 - 5 stars we will be back!

We spent a week in June at this beautiful 2-bedroom condo in Boca Grande, and it exceeded all of our expectations. From the moment we walked in, we were struck by the stunning water views in every direction — absolutely breathtaking! Whether we were enjoying morning coffee on the balcony or watching the sunset in the evening, the scenery was unbeatable.The condo itself was spotless, well-maintained, and thoughtfully equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The layout was perfect for our family, and we appreciated the attention to detail — from the cozy furnishings to the fully stocked kitchen.One of the highlights of our trip was bringing our boat. The access was convenient, and being out on the water exploring the area made our stay even more memorable.We can't recommend this condo enough. It was the perfect mix of relaxation, beauty, and convenience. We’re already talking about coming back next year!

Beautiful sun rises and sun sets

The property is comfortably furnished with detailed whimsical accents. It is easy to maintain and has ample amenities: 3 televisions, comfortable chairs, and plenty kitchen accessories. We enjoyed opening the windows, allowing the fresh air to enter. No air conditioning needed. Beaches are near and beautiful. We loved sitting out on the screened in lanai. After 14 months of isolation this was a terrific treat. Joy was very helpful and responsive, providing excellent information about the island. Thank you for a great vacation!

Outstanding Vacation / Relaxing on Boca Grande

It all starts off with where you during vacation. The condo was just what we were looking for. We had a sunrise in the morning doing coffee, before headed out to different beach everyday in a golf cart. The kitchen was well stocked with all that you need. The communication with the owners was perfect! My wife and I will surely sign up again next year, to visit our new found paradise in Boca Grande !!!

Boca Grande Bliss

How lucky were we to stumble upon Joy & Dennis' listing while searching for a place to stay in Boca Grande! Joy was a delight to work with from the moment we booked- helpful, kind and caring! They truly love sharing their space with families and what a sweet space they have! Located right over the causeway in North Boca, with gorgeous backyard views of the Harbour sunrises and sunsets. We'd previously stayed on the south end of Boca Grande, so having a different perspective was fun and equally as enjoyable! Morning bicycle rides into town for coffee and items from the market lended a peaceful, shaded, 9 mile round-trip start to our day while the kids eased into their morning. Kirby's Market is a quick cart ride away and has a wide variety of offerings, then follow the golf cart path 4 miles into town for restaurants, ice cream shops, the hardware store and Hudson's Market with fresh meat and seafood items and grocery staples. Beach access paths are plentiful and open up to the best beaches we've ever been to (and we are South Florida residents). Spacious, clean sugar-sand beaches with crystal-clear waters, shells and shark teeth-galore! We couldn't have asked for anything more when it came to this stay. The kitchen is "quaint" but very well-equipped with quality appliances and everything you might need! Living / dining area was plenty big for our family of 5. The master suite is very accommodating, with plenty of soft clean bath linens, and a very comfortable king-size bed. Glass slider access to back porch. The guest bedroom has two full-size beds, with firm but quality mattresses. Plenty of dresser and closet space, and a sliding glass door to the front balcony. We typically prefer to have our own pool, but in this case the community pool was close to the unit and large enough to accommodate a post-beach rinse off without feeling crowded. Our one "non-beach day" we had the whole pool to ourselves, for the most part. The parking lot offers a gas bbq grill, golf cart charging, trash and recycle bins, all within close proximity to the unit. Well done, Joy & Dennis- you've got it all! Clean, comfortable, beautiful, perfect beach vacation location.

This rental was one of the best I've experienced, and I use Vrbo for all of my family vacations. The unit was immaculate, spacious, pretty, an the beds were all very comfortable. But even better were the views and the location. Water views from every window! Sunsets on the deck across the street were spectacular! We took walks everyday and saw so much amazing wildlife including dolphins, white pelicans, and so much more. The beaches on Boca Grande are only a few minutes away in the car and they are all clean and beautiful. We had a perfect holiday here and I would return in heart beat.

Beautiful condo!

Lovely, well-appointed condo that has everything you need! Our family of 5 (2 adults, 3 kids ages 10, 12 and 14) had a great time. We rented a golf cart from gasparilla adventures in town, hit the beaches every day, and enjoyed the pool. The condo was perfect for us - we had a great vacation!

Perfect location, views of sunset and sunrise, the condo was beautifully decorated.

Weather perfect, we kayaked, biked to town, and enjoyed all the best restaurants and beaches. The owner Joy could not have been more accommodating. Highly recommend this location for an easy, beautiful and relaxing vaca!

Lovely Condo

We grew up in MN and MI and currently live in Iowa. We first visited Boca Grande when my Mom, Eddy, moved to Pt Charlotte in 1980 and purchased our first Boca property in 1985.

We fell in love with the pristine waters and the wonderful, slow pace the island has to offer. You can use a golf cart on the entire island!
We love to ride our bikes on the 7 mile bike path and walk the beaches, finding many unique shells.

We love our very first unit at Boca Grande North with it's special views of BOTH the Gulf and Charlotte Harbor. Water views from every window plus the interior completes the 'feel' with it's nautical theme.
We added a new large screen tv, sound bar and our own Internet. We also have a well stocked kitchen for those dinners on the lenai.
We feel very sentimental about this unit and we've named it after my parents in their honor!
