Condominio frente al mar en Rainbow Beach Club, playa privada

Bajo nueva administración desde septiembre de 201. Servicio y fiabilidad suiza en el Caribe Sun.

Impresionante vista al mar, con una ubicación ideal.

Menos de 2 minutos a pie, más de 10 restaurantes, 4 bares y un casino están a su disposición para disfrutar. 2 minutos en coche después del campo de golf (lo suficientemente lejos para no ser un fastidio), se encuentra Maho y su famosa noche de vida salvaje.

La seguridad está abierta 24/24 por un equipo profesional que supervisa entradas o salidas de la calle y la playa.

Nuestro piso de 1.500 pies cuadrados de 2 dormitorios es espacioso. Amplios baños, una cocina totalmente equipada.

Con una impresionante vista al mar, nuestro condominio está situado en el Rainbow Beach Club. Drive en el garaje y que está a sólo 50 metros de la puerta del apartamento, sin escaleras, sólo deslice el equipaje y las compras a través de la puerta principal.

Situado en el tercer piso, hay 3 piscinas a pocos metros de distancia. Una escalera de caracol conduce a una playa privada donde las tibias aguas turquesas del Caribe le esperan.

Sala de estar tiene su propia TV de pantalla plana con Roku .. WiFi está en todo el condominio.

Cuarto de baño tiene todo lo que necesita: 2 juegos de toallas, cocina está totalmente equipada: cafetera, tostadora, batidora, frigorífico / congelador con dispensador de hielo, microondas grande, horno grande.

Relájese, extienda sus piernas, disfrute de la vista y de la playa, disfrute del sol y disfrute ...

Be aware! Landlord-Manager is ill-disposed to customers

Payed in time the ordinary rent for 11 days, at the end the manager charged arbitrarily money from the deposit due to a supposedly missing towel and a broken toilet seat which was already broken upon our arrival. And there is nothing you can do against it!!! The manager seems to be very friendly, as long as he is not sensing the opportunity for business: He will recommend you via whats-app to use the covered parking for your car, although he is aware, that your car-finishing might be damaged due to a broken waterline dropping constantly water on one specific carpark. Asking for responsibilities leads to unessential discussions with references to the dishonorable contract you have signed with him. At the end we (my spouse, our infant-boy and myself) had to bear the full cost of the damage and on top of it, the manager charged us for a supposingly vanished towel and for a broken toilet seat which was already there upon our arrival - we had photo evidences with a time stamp, neither the manager nor the home-away-agency were interested in that or helped us out. It´s a pitty, because this spoiled a basically nice stay in St. Maarten, when arriving back home. Further cons of the condo (the pro´s you´ll find in any other review): 1) floor was obviously not washed and therefore clean enough when arriving - 2) non functioning lights on the balcony during the whole stay - 3) instable w-lan-connection, which was not working at all on the last day of our stay - 4) neighbours are first complaining because of noisiness at night (caused by our jet-lagged infant in the first night ) - but later during our stay we could also complain because of excessive noise nearby in the evening/at night (most probably caused from the same neighbours). Be careful and indicate ANY damage/problem within 24hrs - the manager is quite creative in finding reasons to charge you for previous damages. Travelling through dozens of countries on all continents for more than 20 years, I can tell that this manager is the most dishonorable landlord I´ve met so far!

Private Paradise

Location is excellent! Pool was beautiful and no one was ever in it. The staircase to the private beach was awesome to watch the sunset. Love the short walk to Mullet Bay Beach. Lots of restaurants and Market only 5 minutes walk away.

We found the condo to be very clean and in good working order. We used 2 of the three pools shown daily and enjoyed the nightly sunsets. Views from the deck were also amazing and enjoyed our morning coffee there or an evening cocktail. Complex is gated with security and very close to Mullet Bay our favorite beach. Would stay there again as we had a great vacation.

The location of Rainbow is perfect. The condos are very comfortable. This was our second stay at Rainbow & will definitely stay there again. Would recommend the property to friends.

Great place!

Our whole experience was great. David is very responsive with his feedback and accommodating as well. Apartment is great. Everything was in good condition and it worked out well for us. Also, the building is in the best location, minutes away from our favourite beach, Big balcony with a perfect view which was my favourite spot :) Staff are taking really good care of the building, pool, and many plants around the complex. Overall, we had a great time!

Very nice place for a relaxing vacation.

The condo is awesome. From the balcony one has a great view of the ocean, the beautiful pool and the nicely landscaping trees and shrubs surrounding the pool.. The private beach is beautiful. Mullet Bay beach and Cupecoy beach are close-by. The condo is well equipped with with updated appliances and utensils. Restaurants and a small grocery store are within walking distance. We had a wonderful time!

Fantastic!

This unit met and exceeded our expectations in every way. Spacious, immaculately clean, kitchen equipped with everything you might need, and what a fabulous view. The property grounds are attractive and well maintained, and felt very safe and secure. I appreciated the location, with a cute private beach fronting the property and easy access to walk or drive to the best of St. Maarten’s beaches (Mullet for its beauty and calm water, Maho for the planes). Couldn’t ask for more.

a relaxing stay at Rainbow Beach Club -SXM

From the first correspondence with David inquiring about the property, his responses were always quick and detailed. We arrived before check in time. David told us that the condo was being cleaned but it would be fine to leave our luggage so we could run some errands. Settling in to the condo was quick and easy. It was very clean with plenty of the comforts of home. Blender, toaster, ice maker, washer dryer even an ice bucket to keep out wine chilled on the terrace overlooking the beautiful carribean with amazing sunsets. Plenty of towels including beach towels. And for the beach, nice beach chairs and coolers. The two pools were clean and the grounds well kept During our stay, David responded to every question quickly. With one issue, he asked to come by and it was very nice to meet him. We would definitely stay here again. Thanks David for a carefree vacation.

David Royston was available when needed. Positives:Condo was very clean, more then enough kitchen utensils, washer and dryer came in handy. Indoor parking was great, many restaurants near by along with a super market. Pool was as depicted on VRBO. Some hurricane damage still visible. Security staff was very friendly. Negatives: no bathrooms by the pool, difficult to get in and out of pool and for us older folks, four flights of stairs to and from the pool, (from the 3rd floor condo). No shade and only one umbrella was operable. Not a handicap friendly resort. Management to install a ladder and handrail for the pool in the future.

Everything pictured on VRBO is very accurate. This is not a handicap unit. 28 plus stairs down to the pool that has no public restrooms. Pool was great by the unit. (as pictured). Second pool near by was under repair. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. Car is helpful, but Mullet Beach is in walking distance towards Maho. Still some damage at resort from IRMA which is being repaired. Over all ratting 4 out of 5. A lot of stairs if over 70
