Ocean Blue Paradise Luxury Condo - El CLIFF

Con impresionantes vistas del mar Caribe, ubicado en uno de St. Las mejores playas de Maarten, Cupecoy Beach, este espacioso condominio de dos habitaciones en el acantilado ofrece todo lo que necesita para una estadía perfecta con sus amigos o familiares.

El interior del condominio es brillante, de color blanco y bien acabado con una combinación de muebles modernos. La sala de estar principal, frente al océano, presenta un diseño de concepto abierto con un sofá beige grande y cómodo. Este espacio está abierto al comedor adyacente con una mesa de diseño con capacidad para seis y la espaciosa cocina totalmente equipada. Las puertas correderas, justo al lado del comedor y la sala de estar, conducen a un amplio balcón con una zona de estar, ideal para el desayuno o para ver puestas de sol.

Hasta cuatro personas (+ niños duermen en la cuna) pueden dormir cómodamente en este condominio. Las dos habitaciones tienen baño privado y acceso a una terraza a través de puertas correderas.

El dormitorio principal cuenta con una cómoda cama king size, baño privado con ducha / bañera, caja fuerte y acceso al balcón. El dormitorio de invitados, tiene una cama queen size, baño privado con ducha y acceso al balcón.

Incluso si la propiedad tiene su propio acceso a la playa, también hay una de las mejores playas "Mullet Bay" a solo un minuto caminando.

En el patio trasero de la residencia Cliff encontrará palmeras y vegetación tropical junto con un camino, perfecto para refrescarse en los días cálidos. Está rodeado por una terraza con tumbonas con vistas al océano y a la piscina al aire libre. También hay una piscina cubierta climatizada, un SPA, una cancha de tenis privada en el lugar y un gimnasio con aire acondicionado frente al océano, por lo que tendrá muchas oportunidades para mantener su régimen de ejercicio.

Desde la ubicación del condominio en Rhine Road, está a solo unos segundos del agua, un casino, varios restaurantes, a un minuto a pie de la mejor playa de la isla y un campo de golf y a 1 minuto en coche de la tienda de comestibles y Maho, donde puede encontrar bares, restaurantes y vida nocturna, hospital y mucho más.

Staying at the cliff is a terrific option when visiting Saint Martin. This unit in particular has an amazing view of the ocean, beach and pool areas. The kitchen is well equipped. Beach towels are provided. Some more beach chairs would’ve been helpful. The beach itself is small but very nice. The water is swimmable. Security is excellent. The staff is friendly. The place is within walking distance to grocery stores and restaurants and 5 to 10 minutes my car from the airport. All in a relatively quiet, residential area. Tough to beat.

The condo was great. There was plenty of room and it was furnished nicely. The staff at The Cliff were outstanding, and we really enjoyed the pool. The beds were comfortable and the bathrooms were updated. We would definitely recommend this condo.

One of the most beautiful and will maintained properties that we've ever stayed in. Everyone was pleasant and helpful during our stay. The location was great for getting all around the island. If/ when we're back in St. Maarten, we'd stay here again without hesitation.

Outstanding escape to luxury

The beach view is rugged and beautiful. During our stay it was windy with choppy seas, but still swimable in the ocean. The pool is first class! Good food at Marios. Great view of the ocean from the 6th floor. A great place for easy access to the airport, a grocery store right up the hill with neighboring restaurants within walking distance.

Stop looking and rent this one

This condo is beautiful and in the perfect location on the island. First, the view from the balcony is stunning. Whenever we were at the condo, we were most likely out on the balcony listening to the ocean and enjoying the view. The condo is clean, comfortable and had all the amenities that we needed for our vacation. We rented a car and traveled all over the island and by far, this is the best location on the island to stay. We were close enough to restaurants and beaches that we could either drive or just walk to. The Cliff’s staff were so welcoming and helpful. The Cliff’s has an amazing restaurant, workout facility and the infinity pool is stunning. This was by far one of most favorite islands to vacation at. You can’t go wrong booking this location.

Great property

Property was exactly as described. Wonderful views and great snorkeling right off the property. It’s in a nice gated and safe area. Low traffic. Grocery store is across the street and another one a few blocks away. The new pool is top notch. Didn’t try the onsite restaurant but the menu looked incredible. John was very helpful and quick with responses. Would definitely stay again!

Perfect Location - Great Service - Great View - Appliances and Furniture could be updated - Unit had a stale smell at check in, possibly due to a/c being off for a few days - But overall, not perfect, but very good stay for the cost - If upgraded it would be worth extra per night and I am sure it would pay itself back quickly

Enjoyable

The unit was amazing. Clean, modern, beautiful view, spacious, full of amenities. The Cliff complex was beautiful as well, meticulously cared for with friendly staff. The only negative were some of the amenities were either not available or not functioning. I was disappointed to learn the restaurant had reduced hours, and the hot tub was not working. We found this to be the case across the island though. I assume post covid adjustments. Just as some of the other reviews indicated the Organic Market down the road is super expensive. Stick with Carrefour or Maho is amazing.
