Villa Nefele is a spacious and welcoming two-story villa in a quiet position, located on a hillside above the sea. It sleeps 18 people. From Villa Nefele you will enjoy a spellbinding view of the greenery and of the hills. Villa Nefele is 550 square meters (5920 square feet). It features a private swimming pool, a private patio, a private garden, air conditioning (please read description below to check in which rooms the units are installed), winter heating and WI-FI Internet access.
You will be roughly 7 km (4.3 miles) from Agropoli, where you will find restaurants, shops, public transportation, the beach and the tourist port. You will find the closest restaurant at 1.5 km (roughly 1 mile), a grocery store at 3 km (roughly 1.9 miles) and the closest beach (Agropoli beach) at 7 km (roughly 4.3 miles). You will reach Villa Nefele from the parking area without having to climb any steps.
To stay at Villa Nefele you will need a car. You will be able to park it free of charge on the premises.

Swimming Pool
The swimming pool is 6 meters (20 feet) large by 12 meters (39 feet) long, from 1.25 meter (4.1 feet) to 2.80 meters (9.2 feet) deep. The area is equipped with a sun umbrella, sun loungers and a gazebo. This area is also equipped with a small sofa and two armchairs. From the swimming pool you will enjoy a spellbinding view of the greenery. The pool is open from the beginning of May until the end of October.
Patio
The patio is 185 square meters (1990 square feet) large. It is partly shaded by a roof. It is equipped with a small sofa and armchairs and with a sun lounger. From the patio you will have a view of the garden and of the greenery.
Garden
The garden is 300 square meters (3230 square feet). It is partly shaded by olive trees. In the garden you will find a brickwork barbecue. From the garden you will enjoy a broad view of the greenery.
Main Apartment, Ground FloorLiving Room 1
The first living room is paved with terracotta tiles. The furnishings are cozy and comfortable, and include two sofas and an armchair. There is a nice fireplace made of stone. The two dining tables can accommodate 18 guests. In this room you will find a satellite smart TV. From the living room you will be able to enter the patio and the garden through two French doors. The room also has a window. It is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit.
Kitchen 1
You will be able to enter the first kitchen from the living room. It is equipped with a ten-burner gas cooker, a small electric oven, a refrigerator with freezer, a dishwasher, a microwave oven, an Italian-style coffee-maker and a kettle. Here you will also find a washing machine (hidden in a cabinet), a clothes dryer, an iron and an ironing board. From the kitchen a French door will take you to the patio and the garden. The room also has a window.
Half bath
The half-bath is equipped with a washbasin and a toilet. You will be able to enter it from the living room.

In the corridor you will find an open mezzanine level, without door. You will be able to access it climbing 12 steps. On the mezzanine level two additional single beds are available (if requested in advance with an additional cost -- please enquire with our staff) to make it a double room.
