Welcome to our holiday home nestled in what we call little Venice -a unique & peaceful gem of a London location!
Transport services are ideal with Canada Water tube station a 10min walk away for Jubilee Line services, Buses are 3min away, as well as the Thames Clipper boats - from Greenland Pier (3min) -Our personal favourite way to discover all aspects of London via the Thames!...See London Bridge, Borough Market, Waterloo, Greenwich,St Katherine's Docks, Canary Wharf, Embankment etc
The bedroom features a King-sized bed, for a restful night's sleep, with bedside tables and ample storage space for your belongings with built-in triple wardrobes.
Opposite the bedroom, is a good-sized bathroom with a shower over bath, sink and WC. There is also a heated towel rail.
The main living space is large and open plan and during the day benefits from large floor to ceiling windows, which fills the room with light.
The kitchen is well equipped with both large and small appliances, including; fridge-freezer, gas hob and oven, washing machine and dish washer. For smaller appliances, guests can make use of the microwave, kettle, toaster, along with the Nespresso coffee machine and a Magic Bullet blender. For those who prefer a more traditional brew, a Bialetti Moka pot is also provided.
For guests looking for a spot of entertainment, there is a 42 inch Samsung Smart TV (please note that Guest's own log ins are required for Netflix and other Apps).
There is also a large sofa, this can be made into a king sized sofa bed (PLEASE NOTE THAT THE SOFA BED WOULD NEED TO BE REQUESTED AT THE POINT OF BOOKING - Please note that there is an additional charge of £25 for use of this sofa bed - this charge covers an additional linen pack and towels - Please note that at least 48 hours would be required to prepare the sofa bed).
One of our particular favourite spots in the apartment is the dining area, here you can truly take advantage of the dual aspect windows, whether you're having a bite to eat or reading at the table - we find this to be a relaxing space -We hope you do too!
Our favourite place to be is outside on the wrap-around, raised terrace, which overlooks a scenic water/lake area and ideal for soaking up the sun or El fresco evenings!
**Parking is available on site, within the building, this must be requested at least 48hours in advance**

IMPORTANT: On behalf of our host at Pass the Keys, we require guest verification facilitated by Truvi (Previously called Superhog). Upon confirming your booking, Truvi will contact the lead booker via a secure link, providing detailed instructions for the verification process.
The online verification requires a government-issued photo ID and a credit or debit card. During this process, you may choose between a refundable GBP 500 deposit (plus GBP 10 transaction fee currency equivalent) or purchase a non-refundable damage waiver of GBP 40 (currency equivalent) to cover potential damages during your stay.
