The Space:

Welcome to this cosy 90 m² 2-bedroom apartment on the 3rd floor of a building with an elevator, perfectly situated on Lovat Lane in the heart of the City of London. The apartment is professionally cleaned before every arrival so you can settle in straight away.



Bedroom 1: 1 double bed, Bedroom 2: 1 king bed, Living room: 1 double sofa bed. The apartment has a full en-suite bathroom in Bedroom 1 with a shower/bathtub, and a second full bathroom accessible via the hallway.



The living area is a great space to unwind, with a flat-screen tv and dining table and chairs.



The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need: full fridge, oven, microwave, stove, dishwasher, Nespresso Classic coffee machine, and electric kettle and toaster. A washing machine is available for your convenience. The flat has floor heating (electric thermostat) throughout the cooler months.

Good to know before you book



Check-in: From 3:00 PM via self check-in — simply collect the keys at a nearby location. If you’re arriving after 7:00 PM and need someone to meet you with the keys, please let us know at least 24 hours in advance. Late arrivals between 7:00–9:59 PM incur a £50 fee; 10:00 PM–12:59 AM is £90; after 1:00 AM is £120. Please note that any late check-in fee must be paid in cash upon arrival. We’re flexible when we can be — just give us a heads-up!



Check-out: By 10:00 AM.



Damage deposit: A refundable damage deposit of £800 is required before arrival. It may be processed via a third-party payment provider such as Stripe, Swikly, or Flywire. The deposit is returned in full within 14 days of check-out following a standard inspection.



Max guests: 6 people (including children and infants). Please keep within this limit so everyone is comfortable.



Smoking: The apartment is non-smoking throughout.



Events: The apartment is a private home and not suitable for parties or events.



Guest Access:

The accommodation is private and exclusively for guests during their stay. Free Wi-Fi connection, information on London and restaurant recommendations, sheets, towels, soaps and much more.

The City of London — known simply as the City or the Square Mile — is London’s historic financial district and one of the world’s great business centres. Outside of working hours, the neighbourhood reveals Roman walls, Christopher Wren churches, and a surprisingly quiet residential atmosphere. The City is exceptionally well connected, with Bank, Monument, Moorgate, Liverpool Street, and Cannon Street all within easy walking distance. The Barbican arts complex, Borough Market, and the South Bank are all nearby.

Please note a noise monitoring device is installed at the property entrance for extra security and to ensure the peace of the property. This device is not located in any sleeping area or bathroom. Photos are as accurate as possible — minor updates may not always be reflected immediately. Management may occasionally need access to the property for inspection, maintenance or viewings (between 8:00 AM and 7:00 PM with reasonable notice). In genuine emergencies, access may be required without prior notice. We’ll always communicate as much as possible and be respectful of your stay.
