MGH Luxury - Villa Marlene

Spacious, new vacation home for a maximum of 6 adults + 2 children in the beautiful resort of Peschiera del Garda on southern Lake Garda. The house is located in a small and very quiet residential complex with only 7 units and a beautiful communal pool (mid-May to mid-September). The house offers on the first floor a large living room with open kitchen, dining area, sofa, smart TV, guest toilet and access to the covered terrace of the house and the private garden with outdoor dining area and sun loungers. There is a charcoal barbecue and direct access to the pool area of the residential complex, which can be used free of charge between mid-May and mid-September from 9 am to 1 pm and from 3 pm to 9 pm. On the 1st floor you will find 2 air-conditioned double bedrooms and a bathroom with shower, WC and bidet. In the basement of the house there is the 3rd double room, a bathroom with shower, WC; bidet, a walk-through room with 2 single beds for children and a laundry area with washing machine and dryer. There is direct access to the house's double garage, where you can also park your bicycles safely.

The house is fully air-conditioned and has Wifi. The kitchen is fully equipped with cooking utensils, induction hob, oven, air conditioning and a large fridge with freezer compartment.

The San Benedetto district of Peschiera del Garda offers a comprehensive infrastructure with supermarkets, drugstore, bakery, butcher, wine stores, ice cream parlors, restaurants and bars.

Please note that the complex is rather quiet and we kindly ask our guests to respect the neighborly quiet times between 10 pm and 8 am and between 1 pm and 3 pm.
