This spacious 4 bedroom family friendly home is well located just South of Leamington Spa Town Centre, the property is perfectly positioned for anyone visiting or working in the area.
With modern features throughout and a large well equipped kitchen. Family bathroom upstairs and downstairs toilet and sink. The child friendly garden has plenty of outside space.
Great for large group getaways and family gatherings with secure off-street parking for 3 cars at the front of the property.
Downstairs there is a large living / kitchen area with island. The living room has glass patio doors opening out to a generously sized garden.
All the rooms upstairs have doubles, with 2 King Sized & 2 x Double beds and a shared family bathroom.

Parking for 3 cars is available on the LEFT HAND side of the main driveway.

Closest shop is a Large Sainsbury's, located on the Tachbrook Retail Park along with a wealth of other options nearby.
Local Attractions
Warwick Castle in nearby, St Nicholas Park offers walking, children’s play pool and play area, Leisure Centre, tennis courts, small fairground, boating centre to hire boats or SUPs and row down the river.
Newbold Comyn Park in Leamington has free parking and some great walks across fields, and along the river, with places to eat and drink nearby. Also a leisure centre with pool, climbing wall, exercise classes, cafe.
Oakley Wood near Bishop’s Tachbrook, great walks, trails, wildlife, ancient oaks, bluebells in the spring. Stratford on Avon is less than 30 minute’s drive away and there are many great activities there - open top bus to tour the town where Shakespeare was born, theatre, parks, shopping, canal trips.
The Cities of Coventry and Birmingham are 1/2 hour or less on the train, and London takes less than 1.5 hours on the train from Leamington Spa.
