Este condominio de lujo de 3 dormitorios, en el último piso (acceso por ascensor) con aire acondicionado está a 15 minutos de Disney y se encuentra en una comunidad segura y cerrada. Es ideal para familias (cuna, silla de paseo, trona disponible bajo petición). Recién decorado y reformado (incluyendo pisos y alfombras nuevas, electrodomésticos y muebles de cocina) hace de este condominio un verdadero "hogar lejos del hogar".

La espaciosa sala de estar y comedor de planta abierta, la cocina moderna totalmente equipada y un lavadero separado (con lavadora y secadora) completan la casa.

The apartment was as described fully equipped with kitchen utensils the only thing was the lightening in the kitchen above the stove area could have been better what made it worse was the fact that the lights under the microwave didn't work but apart from that we enjoyed our stay and would recommend it to everyone

First time booking a condo on VRBO.

This was a great place to stay from Dec 22 - Jan 2. We haven't been to Florida since Nov/Dec 2010. We've always booked a hotel but we wanted to try something new. Best decision we made because it was just like our own little apt. Very peaceful. Great area and close to restaurants and grocery stores. Enjoyed seeing the fireworks on New Years Eve from areas around our condo. My husband and I definitely would booked this place again.

Birthday Trip

As an advent traveler I normally stay at either a resort or hotel. For my birthday I decided to book through Vrbo and happened across Neil and Marion's place. After reading reviews from others I decided to book. I am glad that I did. For starters, the communication with Neil and Marion was consistent. Both made sure that I had all the information needed for a quick and precise check in. Upon arriving I was truly impressed with the cleanliness of the unit. I am huge on cleanliness and the unit did not disappoint. Please know that the unit has everything that you will need for your stay. I appreciate everything from the ice cream scoop to the cookware. Next, safety and privacy is a must whenever I book a stay. The safety and quietness was a plus for me. Coming in late at night was not an issue for us and the area is very welcoming. My family and I were able to relax and I rested more than I originally planned. It felt good not having to hear the unwarranted noise that can occur especially during summer travel. The unit was very comfortable and well planned out with the guest(s) best interest at heart. Finally, the unit is close to all major attractions. We were able to enjoy a day at Busch Gardens in Tampa and the sights of Orlando without having to drive long distances. I would like to say thank you to Neil and Marion for hosting us and I plan on booking with you all next year if not sooner.

Great apartment and location

We spent 10 days in Orlando with our grandson, parents and grandparents over Christmas and New Year's Eve 2023. It was a great time and an excellent central apartment. Everyone had their own bed- and bathroom.

The condo was so clean, the beds were very comfortable and it had a great layout for our family. Communication with Neil was extremely easy and we had zero issues during our stay. So much quieter than a hotel, we would definitely stay here again and recommend this beautiful home to friends and family who are visiting the area.

Florida Family Vacation

This was the perfect place for our little family of four to stay on our 2023 family vacation. The home was very clean with great access to our activities at Universal and getting to Anna Maria Island. We enjoyed our stay so much. The Publix was just down the strert and around the corner for easy grocery pickups. We cant wait to come back in the future. Thank you for having us. 10/10

Quiet and Peaceful

We had a wonderful stay in this clean and quiet apartment! My husband and I had stayed here before around Christmas, so we were happy to stay again with our friends in this very nice vacation getaway. The owners are great at communicating and very helpful. The beds are very comfortable, and the apartment is in a great location for all of Orlando’s attractions. We had a peaceful, relaxing stay!

Great spot to stay and visit theme parks

We stayed at this condo for our spring break. We went to Animal kingdom, spent several days at Universal and one day in Clearwater. We liked the location because it was just far enough away from the parks that we weren’t competing with all the other tourists for seats at local restaurants or stores. The condo was perfectly clean and had all the needed dish-ware to cook meals for the five of us. The complex is gated and very clean. We only made it down to the community pool one day. It is right across the parking lot from the condo, it was very clean. Communication with the host was simple and easy. Check in could not be simpler. There is currently local a couple local road construction projects that are causing some congestion in the area. After the first day we altered our plans and avoided the worst times of the day. All in all I would stay here again and would definitely recommend!!

Best Terrace ridge stay

Great home away from home

Absolutely fantastic property! Owner was great about getting back to me with any questions we had. Location is great. Very close to Disney and an easy drive to Universal. Location was clean and well maintained. Kitchen has all the amenities of home. Beds were very comfortable. Easy check in and check out procedure. I would recommend this property to all my friends and family and would stay here again if/when we are in Florida again. Easiest five star rating I’ve ever given.

Home away from home

Amazing place to stay. Very clean. Large bedrooms with comfortable beds. Large bathrooms. Large kitchen. Lots of storage if needed. Plenty of towels and hangars! Close to Disney World, grocery stores and restaurants. Owners were awesome to work with. Will definitely book again!!
