Wonderful stay!

Our family stayed this past week for a cheer competition and it was perfect! It was conveniently located, clean and cozy. It has everything you need to prepare meals and a grocery next door. It was nice having laundry in the unit. The beds were comfortable and everyone had their own bathroom which was great. The pool was clean and not crowded. It was like home away from home. Highly recommended, definitely would stay here again!

A most EXCELLENT stay!

This was a birthday trip for my son, one we take every January to Orlando. He's been going since he was 6 and he just turned 32! I picked this place mostly because we like to be a little off the tourist track and this place did not disappoint! It's cozy, comfortable and it feels like a big hug. The owner and her local cohort responded quickly to any issues and there were very few. We loved the area, a Publix was walking distance away and a few turns you're on 27 and on your way to the tourist areas. For the first time my son wants to go to the SAME place next year! He's even considering buying a condo in this area! The condo, the communication, even the price was a 10 Plus! Hope it's available next year the same time!!

Everything was perfect! The place was so clean and set up nicely, the grounds were clean and it was so nice to be so close to the pool. Everyone was very friendly and communication was very easy. I would definitely go back!

The condo was great! Very clean and spacious. Loved that the pool is literally right out the back door. The only negative thing, and it isn't really bad, is that you cannot access the pool or hot tub after dusk. Night time is the perfect time for the hot tub, especially after an exhausting day watching volleyball nationals.... But they lockout access. Again, that is the only complaint. Loved the location and the condos are beautiful.

Spacious Condo for the Vacationing Family

This 3 bedroom 3 bath first floor condo was perfect for our family of 5. I love that the master bedroom is separated from the other 2 bedrooms to give some privacy. We did not have any issues and did not need to contact the manager during our 12 day stay. We were so busy at disney that we didn't get a chance to enjoy the pools but both were close by. The condo is easy to get to and located near publix and several restaurants like applebees and IHOP. Realistically the drive to disney was usually 30-35 minutes because of traffic. As others have mentioned the thermostat needs to stay at 75. With the ceiling fans going, I was never uncomfortable and I usually get overheated very easily. I would definitely stay here again.

Air conditioner did not work, called for assistance and were told to leave asap with no where to stay, we were from out of town. Owner Did not even offer a place for the night or to compensate for the night somewhere else! Toilet seat was off in master bathroom, not screw or nut to hold it on. Washer machine was beyond filthy, gaged trying to clean it up. I have pictures of everything. Jane the rental company was rude! Most disappointed I have ever been and I have been using them for over 20 years. We will be trying Vacasa now!

Eventuality resolved too late.

It's a nice apartment. It would have been an excellent stay if it weren't for the poor service from the owner/manager. We noticed that the access card to the pool area was not in the apartment. We texted and called the booking contact requesting the card, but this was only made available to us on the last day of the stay. A justification such as "The cleaning lady said the card was in the apartment" does not solve the problem of those who rented an apartment with access to the pool and the children were not able to enjoy it (note that the apartment is in front of the pool). So the frustration was great in the family. Apparently the administrator didn't care much about our misfortune. He just wished us a good vacation. We will hardly rent this apartment again.

Worst trip we've ever had in a vacation rental

I'll start this review by saying that we have stayed in vacation rentals for several years. We have never complained about any experience, until this one. A warning is to beware that the unit is literally up against the parking lot on most sides. Your windows are literally within 4 feet of a parking space and or a sidewalk. Also, one of the bedrooms is good for hearing people go up and down the exterior stairs right above you. Besides those few things, upon arrival, we were greeted with red and yellow caution tape. The tape surrounded our unit and most of the parking lot. We could not park within 150 feet of the unit, which made loading and unloading with small childeren very inconvenient, especially when it rained. From sun up to sun down we had construction crews working with loud machinery literally outside of our windows. Ceramic tile roofing was being dumped into metal dumpsters outside of our children’s windows as they tried to nap (Not a pleasant sound). Tile was falling from the roof as workers removed it while we sat on the patio, and walked to our vehicle. This was just a nightmare we couldn't get out of. I wish we could attach photos and video of what we listened to and operated around every day of our family Christmas vacation. We contacted the owner after two days of staying here. We really did try to make the best of it, but it just got to a point where we felt like we needed to say something. We have 3 children under the age of 7, and it just didn’t feel safe to even walk to our vehicle with debris falling, diesel machinery driving around and dumping materials etc. We reached out to the owner, but she failed to respond. After I contacted VRBO directly, she did respond close to 20 hours later. She did say she had a family emergency, which is totally understandable and we didn’t hold the delayed response against her. The bottom line is she did nothing to help with our issue. No offered discount, 2 night refund, or anything to help the situation. She did offer a 10 percent discount for the next time we stay there, but why in the world would we want to do that? I understand it was not the owners fault regarding construction, but when you know that work is going to be done, you should at least warn your renters that its a possibility and that it may occur during their stay. You should also think about not renting the unit out for those weeks, especially when your unit literally is surrounded by the parking lo

Nice place but super hot

The property was the perfect size for our little family. We loved the proximity to the pool and parking lot. Our biggest complaint is that the thermostat says do not change below 75 or it will freeze. We tried to keep it at 75, but it was entirely too hot. It is just unrealistic to have the a/c stay on 75 in Florida especially after a long day at the parks. That would have been a red flag for me if I would have known in advance. There is a few things that need fix, but overall it is a really nice place to stay.

Nice Space

We enjoyed staying at this property. It was roomy, comfortable, and clean. The community pool was nice (but closed at 8:30 every night). Beds were comfortable, but very soft. Cooling was limited to a 75 degree minimum- making the condo a bit warmer than we would have liked. One roll of toilet paper and a complementary soap was left in each bathroom. No dish soap, paper towels or laundry pods were provided. The drive to Universal Studios was approximately 45 minutes (arriving at 9AM and returning at 7PM). Lots of eating establishments and shopping close by- which was nice.

Family Getaway

This condo was perfect for our family getaway. It had everything we needed. It was close enough (for us) to go to Disney Springs in the evening and EPCOT during the day. We will be looking forward to using this property again in the future.

This was a very clean and big condo, ground floor plus. loved that there were three bathrooms in each room, great location for Disney and local restaurants, owner very easy to connect with, would recommend to others!

Perfect Vacation Spot

We just stayed for 10 days and this place was absolutely perfect for our family! It was spacious and clean! My kids loved that the pool was only steps away from the back door and made a bunch of friends who were also vacationing. It’s in a perfect location to shopping and theme parks. When we arrived I could not locate specific info pertaining to the unit, but Kelly was quick to respond to our phone call! Will be booking again!

Great location and home.

Kelly was great and answered all our questions. The condo was located on the first floor with easy access to the pool. It had everything we needed. We would have booked again for next year but one of the weeks we wanted wasn’t available. Walking distance to several restaurants and grocery store.

Beautiful condo

The condo was beautiful, quiet, clean, and close to everything. We spent almost 2 weeks here in December and it was perfect. We were close to Disney and Universal without being where the traffic is. Publix is a 5 min walk but we drove, Walmart is a couple of miles down the road. Being able to walk out to the pool was great. We look forward to staying here again.
