This 3 bedroom villa has a spacious living area in a modern open plan design with sleek sliding doors leading to the enticing pool terrace. Here you can soak up the sun on loungers, gaze at the distant sea views and elevate your alfresco dining experiences with the brick BBQ, completed with a spacious preparation area. WiFi and air conditioning/heating in the lounge and in 2 of the bedrooms is included.
Villa Bolboreta is located in a peaceful, residential area of Costa Teguise, with just a 5 minute drive to the resort centre and only a 20 minute walk to the fun and exciting Aquapark Costa Teguise. Also 20 minutes’ walk from the villa, the popular Costa Teguise Golf Club elevates golfing with scenic settings offering views of the ocean and surrounding volcanos. A short 10 minute drive brings you to the stunning Las Cucharas Beach where you can find a selection of thrilling water sports, as well as a range of excellent seafront restaurants and bars. For an exciting day trip, explore the remarkable observation deck of Mirador del Rio just 35 minutes’ drive from the villa.
