Vardiola Houses - Traditional 4 Bedroom House

Vardiola Houses consist of three different residences – an apartment, a villa and a suite – that welcome you to the Zakynthian traditional lifestyle and promise you to offer a unique holiday experience. The combination of tradition and comfort created their interiors, while natural beauty is the star of their exteriors. The complex is located in a peaceful area, in Lithakia, Zakynthos, which is characterized from the natural beauty.

The traditional house consists of two floors and offers a comfortable interior of 100 sq. m., ideal for 5 adults and 1 child. Its main area is on the 1st floor, where you will find a traditional living room and a well-organized kitchen, as well as a bathroom with shower. A staircase leads you to the attic, where there are three bedrooms. The master bedroom offers a double bed. The second bedroom offers two single beds, where you can also find a smaller space with one additional single bed, ideal for a child. On the same floor, you may find the third bedroom with one single bed.
A bathroom with shower can also be found in the attic.

Vardiola Houses have been created with your comfort in mind. It offers you spaces of unique aesthetics with traditional decoration and many local touches to really get to know the culture of the island. At the same time, it includes many amenities, such as kitchen utensils, comfortable beds and contemporary bathrooms. Outside, you will benefit from the well-kept gardens and some beautiful relaxation spots for your entire group. The owners also have the homonymous restaurant, Vardiora, just a few meters away from the complex.

We offer breakfast, which is served between 8:00 - 11:00 a.m., at Vardiola Tavern next to the property. The breakfast is based on Zakynthian products, along with eggs, cheese, traditional bread, coffee, etc. It can be customized based on guests' needs. The breakfast has an extra charge.
