Great house, nice location

We have rented homes in Florida for a few years now and this one is one of the best. We have 4 couples and each were able to have a king bedroom with ensuite. The location is good and the pool/hot were nice to come back to after a day of golf. Thanks Nick

Fun vacation

Home was clean and comfortable! Pool was fun once it warmed up after the heat came on! Upstairs was quite warm at night and were unable to adjust temperature to cool it off. Overall,a great home for a multigenerational family vacation!

Our stay was fantastic!!! The place was so enjoyable by our family, each of the adults had their own king room with their own bathroom and the kids each had their bedrooms, which was perfect for the 10 of us. The pool/hot tub were excellent and everyone had an amazing time in both. The covered pool deck was so nice and we enjoyed many meals together outside and playing games in the evenings. The kitchen was absolutely great. It had all the dishes, pans, and utensils needed for all our meals. (Could use another 9x13 casserole dish), but we used a pie plate ) . This home was beautiful and we loved our time together. My questions and communication with Nick, the owner, we answered immediately which meant a lot and was very helpful and very much appreciated. Definitely will be looking forward to returning in 2027.

Thank you so much for your wonderful review! We’re thrilled to hear that your family had such a fantastic stay and that the layout worked perfectly for your group. It’s great to know everyone enjoyed having their own space, and that the pool, hot tub, and covered pool deck made for so many fun moments together—those evenings of meals and games sound like great memories! We’re also glad the kitchen had everything you needed for your meals, and we appreciate the suggestion about adding another 9x13 casserole dish—we’ll be sure to add that to our list. It was a pleasure hosting you, and I’m really happy I could help whenever you had questions. Thank you again for booking with us, we’d absolutely love to welcome you back in 2027!

I would highly recommend this villa for a large party . We stayed as a family of 4 and grandparents . Having a king size room with en-suite each was a must for us as the youngest is 16. It gave us privacy whilst all being under one roof . This really was a home from home . Lovely and clean , well maintained and had everything we needed. There is a publix supermarket around 10 min away as well as some takeaway fast food outlets . Our stay in Orlando was outlet for Disney world . It is a good 30min drive each way on a good day . Whilst this was kirna problem for us it may have been if our children were younger. Orlando shopping outlet was around 45 min drive. There was an issue with the WiFi during our stay . The management company fixed this promptly . We had good communication with the owners who replied to any messages quickly . The gates community was clean , quiet and well laid out . My son enjoyed the gym facilities . The gate staff were friendly. The weather was hot in July so the air conditioning was a relief after a long day at the parks . Upstairs is a lot warmer but there are ceiling fans . I would stay here again , many thanks for a lovely stay .
