Ground Floor

The homes fabulous, open plan layout with vaulted ceilings boasts plenty of natural light and views of the conservation area from the pool deck. There is a large family dining room with seating for 6 guests, an intimate breakfast bar and an additional kitchen table.



The open concept floor plan allows everyone to be together, whether you are hanging out watching TV or cooking up some delicious meals!
There is a fully equipped kitchen with sleek stainless-steel appliances, granite counter tops and a well deigned layout any chef would enjoy! Complete with microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, oven, electric stove and large pantry.



The welcoming lounge area offers plenty of comfy seating and a large flat screened TV perfect for cosy family nights in. Sliding patio doors lead straight onto the screened pool deck allowing you to watch the kids play in the pool or soak up the last of the day’s sun.



The oversized private pool area is fenced for security and there is plenty of seating for lounging & relaxing after a busy day! The large pool and bubbling spa are surrounded by lush greenery. The pool deck also has the benefit of a large outdoor dining area perfect for enjoying the warm Florida evenings! BBQ Grills can be provided upon request for you to enjoy grilling during your stay.



On the Ground Floor, to the rear of the home, there is large master bedroom with king sized bed, plenty of storage and a flat screen TV. The master bedroom boasts its own enormous private bathroom with shower and large tub, dual vanity and separate WC.

The Garage has been converted into an expansive games room complete with Foosbal table, Pool Table and Air Hockey! Fun for all ages!
In addition, there is a separate toilet and powder room just off the main living area.



First Floor

The spacious 1st Floor Level benefits plenty of natural light and an open reading nook with office space, perfect for those who need to touch base with the office whilst on vacation!



There is a second master suite located on the first floor of this spacious home. This bedroom has a King-sized bed, plenty of storage space and a private bathroom with tub, shower and large vanity area.

Upstairs there are two further Queen bedrooms both with large closet spaces, plenty of storage and flat screened TV’s.

There is a separate bathroom with bath tub, vanity & WC.

In addition, there are two themed twin bedrooms that share an additional bathroom with tub, shower, vanity & WC.

All of the bedrooms and the family room feature flat screen TVs and there is High speed Wireless internet service available throughout the home.

The home also includes plenty of child equipment such as strollers, cribs and high chairs for your convenience during your stay. Any additional requirements can be arranged upon request.

For your convenience there is a fully functional laundry room with a washer & dryer.

Other things to note
Required to sign the rental agreement form. 2. Check-in to Villa: The official Check-in time is 4:00 pm unless the leasing contract has specified another time. 3. Check-out of Villa: The official check-out time is 10:00 am unless the leasing Agreement has specified another time in advance with fee. If there is anything damaged or you have anything to report, please call the management firm before you leave. Please be sure to check out on time with all furniture and villa finishing in a tidy and original location. 4. Pool & spa heat is additional fee if available. The pool heater is set up automatically between 9.00am and 9.00pm. But it might take up to 24 hours for the pool to reach the desired temperature depending on the outside conditions. Pool heating temperature in winter/colder months cannot be completely guaranteed. Pool heat is only available for the entire stay and must be requested and paid for at least 24 hours before check in. 5. BBQ Grill rental is available for additional prices. The grill comes ready to use with a full tank of propane. 6. Garbage Collection: All Trash must be placed in 13-gallon trash bags, all cardboard should be broken down, please avoid placing liquids inside the bin, do not leave loose trash inside the bin. Trash will be collected according to the community set up. Please use only sealed trash bags and take garbage out to a collection bin near front door to be taken away by Resort Service.

This will be a self-catering house.

Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation
