veranda just outside the house. Fold back the glass walls to transform the sunroom and great room
into a single indoor-outdoor living area.
Villa Julia is located a short drive from some of Casa de Campo's highlights: tennis courts, a
country club, and two of the most famous golf courses in the Caribbean, Teeth of the Dog and Dye
Fore. Spend a day strolling the white sands or diving into the clear waters of the resort's private
beach, Minitas Beach.

Resort Fee - All guests renting private villas at Casa de Campo must register to be granted
full access to resort areas and amenities. The cost of the registration is US$ 25/adult/day
(12 years of age and older), US$ 12/child/day (between 4-12 years old) and children
under 4 years of age are granted free access. Registration benefits includes: Villa Owners
Club concierge services, use of the towels and chaise lounges at the pool located in the
main hotel area, as well as at Minitas Beach, golf discount rates and access to health care
services at the Central Romana Medical Center, among others.
