ENCANTADORA ACTUALIZADA FRENTE AL MAR CASA DE 6 DORMITORIOS CON PERSONAL COMPLETO

Costa Verde es una casa lujosa y moderna que se ha actualizado por completo con hermosas duchas de jardín, pisos de travertino y vistas abiertas del Caribe con puertas corredizas de vidrio. Ubicado en un lote privado muy grande, con fantásticas vistas al mar y puestas de sol en el mundialmente famoso paraíso tropical de Casa de Campo Resort. Costa Verde ofrece a los huéspedes servicios de resort de clase mundial en un entorno tropical tranquilo y exuberante.
Nuestra casa cuenta con techos abovedados en todas partes, puertas de dormitorio con persianas que se deslizan completamente hacia atrás para obtener vistas completas del océano desde todas las habitaciones. Las habitaciones tienen aire acondicionado con ventiladores de techo en toda la casa, grandes televisores de pantalla plana y una gran terraza que rodea completamente la casa para un espacio de vida prolongado.
La villa cuenta con 3 camareras / cocineras y 2 jardineros que han estado con nuestra familia durante más de 25 años. El desayuno y el almuerzo se preparan diariamente y los arreglos para la cena con servicios de mayordomo / cantinero se pueden hacer con anticipación sin costo adicional. El personal habla español e inglés. Los inquilinos son responsables de los costos de los alimentos y todos los alimentos pueden almacenarse previamente para su llegada.
La piscina de gran tamaño y el área de jacuzzi climatizada sirven perfectamente para cenar junto a la piscina con vista al Caribe y son fantásticos para el entretenimiento. La villa es muy exuberante y tropical con un ambiente isleño.
Como propietario, yo personalmente trabajo con mis invitados para organizar traslados al aeropuerto, planificación de comidas, pre-abastecimiento de comestibles, reservas de cenas, horarios T y más.

Even Better the Second Time

This was our second stay at this spectacular home in Casa de Campo, and once again, everything exceeded expectations. The house is exceptionally well-appointed and accommodated our group of 12 adults with ease—each guest having their own bedroom and private bathroom made for a truly comfortable and luxurious experience. The views are breathtaking, with a peaceful panorama stretching across the golf course out to the ocean beyond.What truly sets this home apart, however, is the service. The on-site staff, particularly Anna, were attentive, kind, and made sure every detail of our stay was seamless. Ivy, the host, is phenomenal—she arranged for dinner reservations, golf cart rentals delivered before arrival, and was always available and responsive to any questions or requests. Her warmth and professionalism made us feel genuinely cared for from start to finish.The location within Casa de Campo is ideal—just a quick golf cart ride to the beach, the resort hotel, and the world-renowned Teeth of the Dog golf course. While the home is slightly farther from the marina and Altos de Chavón, the central placement and ease of access make getting anywhere within the resort simple and enjoyable.Having visited Casa de Campo five or six times now, I can confidently say this has been one of my favorite experiences yet. I would enthusiastically recommend this home to anyone considering a visit, and I’m so grateful to Ivy for her continued hospitality. We can’t wait to return.

Amazing adventure for the whole family

This property was stunning. From the views to the interior furnishings to the location! We loved everything about our stay here.Anna and staff greeted us at the front door upon our arrival. The first night we stayed in and enjoyed a delicious meal prepared by the staff at the house. Breakfast, lunch and dinner was always superior and we looked forward to each meal. As a family we enjoyed the large table that was able to accommodate all of us. There are so many seating areas around the house to enjoy an afternoon of reading, or lounging. The pool was pristine and our granddaughter loved the shallow shelf and steps - she is really learning to enjoy the water, thanks to 6 days in the Dominican.We ate out 2 of our 6 nights, but if I had my way, we would have eaten at home every night, the food was that good.Make sure you rent golf carts and explore a bit. The marina has some amazing boats and yachts to see, as well as some very good eating spots. There is a small market in the marina as well, plenty of good choices to restock the pantry.We hope to definitely go back to this amazing home in the future.Thank you Ivy, Anna, Leonardo, Carmella and Lele - you all made our trip a huge success!

A wonderful week for our entire family!!

The location of the villa is perfect. We played golf on 3 different courses, had spa treatments, visited Altos de Chavon and the Minitas Beach Club. The children rode ponies, visited the petting farm and the Marina.Plenty to do for everyone!!

Amazing Family Vacation

The views from the home were spectacular. We couldn’t ask for a better spot for an extended family vacation. The homeowner made planning for our arrival extremely easy and the staff greatly exceeded our expectations.

Amazing week in paradise!

Just spent a fantastic week with our family of 8 and one infant. Costa Verde 3 is a beautiful home with everything needed for a relaxing, luxurious vacation. Staff is phenomenal in every respect preparing delicious meals while keeping the house immaculate and doing daily laundry (pack lightly as you come home every afternoon to folded clean clothes). Golfing at Teeth of the Dog and Dye Four were challenging but well worth it. If you choose to dine out, our favorites were SBG and La Piazzetta. Playa Minitas is a great beach with plenty of chairs/umbrellas as is just hanging out at the villa’s pool overlooking the golf course and Caribbean and enjoying the breeze. Ivy and her team are fantastic and we cannot wait to figure out our next dates and book again.

Mi familia!

This is our third stay in 10 years at Costa Verdes 3. The house is fantastic, the view is amazing, but it's the villa staff that makes the trip spectacular! There is a reason this house stays booked. We awoke every morning to coffee and a full breakfast, fresh frozen drinks by the pool and always clean clothes folded on our bed each night. Dinner at the villa is better than any restaurant, but we always go out a few nights to give the staff a break. The location of the house is just a quick golf cart ride away from restaurants at the Beach Club, the Marina and Chavon. We had a total of 10 people, and the villa layout is perfect for 2 families or even 6 couples. Ivy is quick to answer any questions and help in any way. We didn't leave before checking our calendar for the next availability!

Beautiful oasis

Rented this house for a bachelorette party and it was amazing. The house comfortably slept 12 guests and could’ve easily slept more (we had an empty room with a king bed). The view of the ocean is stunning, the pool is fabulous, the staff was incredible, and Ivy was super helpful with transportation, golf cart rentals and grocery delivery. Would rent this house again and again!!!

Amazing!

Our trip was perfect! We were there celebrating 50th birthdays with 5 other couples. The house is spectacular in every way. The view is breathtaking. The bedrooms were exactly what we were looking for. - private yet close to one another. The indoor and outdoor living spaces were another example of perfection. Ivy, Anna, Thomas and all were very easy to work with before the trip, during the trip and with any issues. Meals were exactly as we wanted - breakfast, lunch and dinner. Location is perfect to get to the Marina, Beach Club or Golf. If you are traveling with family or friends, I would give this a 5 star review!

The perfect family vacation

My husband and I , along with our 3 children were absolutely amazed by Coasta Verde #3 Villa. It was spotless and beautifully decorated and of course the grounds and views were breathtaking. Views of the golf course 8th hole and the breathtaking ocean. We have been to many island resorts but this tops it all. The amenities on the resort was amazing- Golf, Tennis, Horse back riding, all the water sports. The different areas of the resort had its own restaurants and they were great. I thank Ivy for helping us out in every detail from transportation to booking the best places to eat. I also was utterly impressed by her Staff, Anna, Maria, Carlos and Thomas. It was absolutely a dream vacation that will be repeated again.

This is an outstanding Villa with views to die for!

We had a great family Thanksgiving in CV3 and you should not go wrong if you rent it. It starts with the owner Ivy who is very attentive and pays attention to details. She contacted us a month before arrival to make things were set and arranged for when we got there. She let us know about the cooking/house keeping arrangements and took care of the reservations we needed. Ivy is terrific. The villa is very spacious and comfortable. It's as good as the pictures show on the website. Our family ranged from 12-60 and we all had a great time and will hopefully go back some day.
