Serene villa in exclusive security estate, Hout Bay, Cape Town

Our picturesque villa is located in the secure and tranquil setting of Avignon Estate. The estate has 24 hour access control with a guard housed at the entrance and a highly secure perimeter. The guest accommodation includes three double bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms. The ground floor consists of a TV lounge, fully equipped kitchen, dining area and formal lounge with wood burning fire. A skullery area is equiped with dishwasher, washing machine and clothes dryer. The exterior patio has a dining table with seating for eight, a barbeque area and a seated area for relaxation. The property has a swimming pool with a large garden area enjoying panoramic views of the mountains.

The master bedroom has a full en-suite bathroom and large walk-through closet.
Bedroom 2 & 3 are each fully equipped with queen beds. Bedrooms two and three share a full family bathroom. All bedrooms have French doors opening onto 'Romeo and Juliet' balconies with excellent mountain views.

Large TV's are installed in the TV lounge and master bedroom. Internet is available throughout the property. The house is equipped with Inverter electricity supply so lighting and most utilities continue to function in the event of 'Load Shedding'.

Separate from the main house is the Housekeeper's accommodation. Our Housekeeper is in attendance from Monday to Saturday and can assist with laundry, cleaning and general support if desired by our guests. A charge of 300 ZAR per day is applicable, however, guests may specify the number of days during their stay on which assistance is required.

Avignon Estate is ideally located for accessing the beach, shops and restaurants of Hout Bay (5 minutes drive), plus the vineyards and restaurants of Constantia (10 minutes) and the beaches of Llandudno (5 minutes) and Camps Bay (10 minutes). From Avignon Estate, guests have the choice of two wonderfully scenic routes to central Cape Town and the V&A Waterfront, the first passing through Upper Constantia and Kirstenbosch and the second along the coastline beneath the Twelve Apostles through Camps Bay.

In accordance with the security requirements of Avignon Estate, the minimum duration of any booking of the property is 7 nights. Access to the property is restricted to those guests who are registered via the host seven days prior to check-in. Avignon is a tranquil residential setting and events or parties are not permitted.
