In a quiet and secure location, you’ll enjoy a breathtaking 180° panoramic view of Table Mountain, the surrounding mountain ranges, and the famous Chapman’s Peak. The lovingly landscaped garden borders directly on a nature reserve and offers immediate access to numerous hiking trails via a secure garden gate.

Generous window walls, exposed concrete, light-filled rooms, and a harmonious design concept create a modern yet relaxed atmosphere. The glass front in the living area, which opens almost completely, uniquely connects the interior and exterior spaces and offers a view of the impressive landscape.

The house accommodates up to 6 adults and features four comfortable bedrooms. Two bedrooms have their own en suite bathrooms, while the other two share a spacious bathroom. This makes the house ideal for families or two couples traveling together.

The high-quality amenities leave nothing to be desired: a Sonos sound system, high-speed Wi-Fi, modern entertainment electronics, and a fully equipped kitchen with a Jura coffee machine, a side-by-side refrigerator with an ice maker, a dishwasher, and high-quality kitchen utensils ensure maximum comfort during your stay.

The centerpiece of the outdoor area is the large heated pool with lighting and an automatic pool deck. On the built-in “Martini Step,” you can relax with a glass of wine and enjoy the spectacular sunsets. All around the house, several wooden decks and cozy seating areas invite you to linger.

Your safety is ensured by a modern alarm system as well as the quiet and well-maintained neighborhood with high-quality single-family homes. A double garage with direct access to the house and a spacious storage room offer ample space for vehicles, bicycles, golf bags, and sports equipment.

Our housekeeping service is a special perk: Our long-time, trusted housekeeper cleans the house three times a week, changes towels and linens, and is happy to assist you with any questions.
