Este condominio (tranquilo) en el último piso ofrece vistas al océano desde el balcón de la guarida y el dormitorio principal y vistas de sonido desde la cocina y la puerta principal. El maestro tiene una cama queen y un baño privado completo. El segundo dormitorio tiene dos juegos de literas y hay un baño completo separado en el pasillo para servir al segundo dormitorio. Esta unidad cuenta con TV de pantalla plana, cable y Wifi. Casi todos los muebles y la pintura se rehicieron en 2017. Fantástica escapada a la playa!

The location is perfect with plenty of parking. The unit is great-close to everything, very comfortable and the view is perfect!! The host, John, was so thoughtful and attentive. He really made the trip so nice!! We will definitely recommend this unit to everyone and can’t wait to stay there again

We had an incredible stay at this Wrightsville Beach condo! The view is absolutely amazing — waking up to the sound of the waves and watching the sun rise over the ocean right from the balcony was unforgettable. The condo was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay, from a fully stocked kitchen to beach gear and cozy linens.The location couldn’t be better — just steps from the sand and walking distance to shops, restaurants, and everything else you could need. It was the perfect combination of convenience and relaxation. We’re already planning our next trip back. Highly recommend!

Property was very clean and had everything you’d need! Easy communication with the host and the view at sunrise and all day was amazing. Walk to several restaurants and bars and the site takes security seriously! I’ll be back!!

First Class Accommodations

A fantastic location - right in the heart of Wrightsville Beach and a quick trip to all Wilmington offers. The building is amazingly quiet. This unit has A+ views out over the ocean and beach. The pool and beach are just down the elevator. Host went out of his way to make sure we found all the amenities and settled in comfortably!

Filthy

I love Station One. Have stayed in this building twice before on two different floors with two different VRBO hosts. Lovely units Booked this with my spouse for a 65th birthday. As I cannot post photos of the condition of the property I can only tell you how filthy dirty it is. Open food in a broken fridge and left out open food in the kitchen. Linens so grimy I ducked to target to buy fresh. The upholstered furniture was unsafe and filthy. And the floors! Just so gross as they were covered in grime and nasty. A big floor board is warped and covered by a dirty rug. Definitely a trip hazard. The place had not been cleaned prior to our arrival I would recommend you stay at station one as it’s a great location. And there are great VRBO hosts in this building. This unit is unsafe in my opinion. In closing I was a VRBO host for 8 years. I’ve stayed at VRBOs all over the country. Some a bit nicer than others but never filthy dirty and unsanitary. This listing, in my opinion, should be pulled off VRBO. Thanks

#8 was a 10

It was everything that I needed, clean, spacious with a wonderful view. I did not enjoy the walk from the elevator to the room, especially at night, but once inside, the view was worth it.

Cozy Beach Stay

My family had a really great time staying here. John was so great and communicative! His place has a gorgeous view of the ocean. We spent a lot of time relaxing on the balcony. The property has direct access to the beach. The kitchen had all the cooking and eating utensils we needed. We enjoyed using the properties shared grill to cook dinner as well. Though some of the accommodations might need a bit of an upgrade we were comfortable and happy our entire stay! Great location, great view and beach access, great host!

Great condo, great location.

This condo complex is in a really good location, close to shops to walk to. It is a spacious unit and we loved the top floor. The condo itself is dated and in need of a reno, but the furniture and beds are very comfy and this didn't affect our stay. It would have been nice to have two twins or even a double and twin bed in the guest bedroom, but we managed with the bunk beds. Overall it was nice and we'd stay here again when in Wrightsville.

Very nice accommodations, as stated. Great location in a very nice building/. grounds. Laundry right on the same floor next to elevator, very convenient. Excellent coffee across parking lot at The Workshop. Would stay again.

Awesome stay

Excellent accommodations. The view from the balcony was fantastic!!Communication from host was great from the very beginning. He even notified us that the condo was ready a little early on check in day so we were able to get a head start on our stay. Exceptional condo in every way. Will definetely come back!!

Amazing Place!

The property was exactly as described and was in a perfect location. It is right at the base of the bridge to WB and close to many restaurants. The pool was great for the kids and beach access is right there on property. The condo was perfect for my family of four and the view from the balcony was amazing. I had a little trouble accessing the key and John was extremely responsive. I would highly recommend this place.
