A Culligan water button ensures that you will have pure drinking water at the touch of a button and the generous butler’s pantry provides more than enough storage space. The large kitchen island provides ample space for meal preparation and offers additional seating for four guests. The dining table overlooks the screened porch and the dazzling crystal blue waters of the Atlantic Ocean. An ocean front infinity pool and hot tub are located off the screened porch. Spend days relaxing pool side in the sun and evenings grilling out on the deck, soaking in the hot tub, and enjoying the built in firepit.

Every home includes a basic starter package for guests, however, select luxury homes include additional household items or higher quality items that cater to your needs and help make your vacation more enjoyable. Items provided for this home include conveniences such as custom pump hand soaps and lotions for each bathroom, liquid dish soap and hand lotion in the kitchen, Glad trash bags, Tide pods, dryer sheets, dishwasher pods, as well as an extra roll of toilet paper for each bathroom and two rolls of paper towels for the kitchen. All soaps and lotions are fragrance free, cruelty-free, paraben and sulfate free, and 100% vegan.
Cancellation Policy: Full refund within 24 hours of booking, cancellations at 31+ days before check-in will receive a full refund after a $350 cancellation fee is deducted, cancellations at 15-30 days before check-in will receive a 50% refund of monies paid less a $350 cancellation fee and less than 15 days prior to arrival is not subject to a refund.  All policies are subject to possible additional refund based on re-rental, excluding non-refundable cancellation fees and travel insurance (if applicable).
