House Apartments Ariva is located in Montovjerna area, a quite popular part of town because it is situated only 10 minutes ride from the beautiful Lapad Bay as well as 10 minutes away from the historic Old Town. If you prefer having everything you need for a perfect vacation in a neighborhood, this location is the perfect choice for you.
House Apartments Ariva offer accommodation in air-conditioned studios with a private balcony. Wi-fi is free and it is available throughout the property.
Luggage storage is possible prior to check in and after check out, so you can explore the city a little more before your departure.

This studio apartment with furnished balcony can accommodate up to three people. It features cable TV as well as air-conditioning. The kitchen is well equipped with an oven, refrigerator, water kettle, freezer, stove, kitchen utensils and toaster. The private bathroom comes with a shower and toilet. We stayed in the studio with a balcony and it was just perfect for us, The kitchen had all the essentials, which made it super easy to whip up breakfast before heading out to explore, The air conditioning worked great, and we loved being close to Dubrovnik Old Town, Honestly, I could sit on that balcony all day and just chill, Only downside, the Wi-Fi was a bit spotty at times but overall, def worth it, Would stay again for sure!
