The villa offers a peaceful retreat with beautiful views and is located just 400 meters from the village of San Jose, providing both seclusion and convenience. Originally built in the 18th century, Villa Nott has been meticulously restored, preserving its historical charm while incorporating modern comforts. It offers an exclusive and private environment, perfect for relaxation in nature.

The villa's exterior boasts beautifully landscaped gardens with mature palm trees, expansive lawns, and plenty of space for children to play freely. Multiple seating areas are available for guests to relax and enjoy the tranquil surroundings. The villa features three well-appointed bedrooms. On the ground floor, Bedroom 1 offers a double bed, air conditioning, TV, and shares a bathroom with a double shower. Bedroom 2 has twin beds, equipped with fans, and also shares the same bathroom. Upstairs, Bedroom 3 includes a double bed, air conditioning, private balcony, TV, and an en-suite bathroom with a shower. Upon arrival, a damage deposit of €1,000 is required, payable via credit card. This deposit will be refunded within seven days of check-out, subject to a property inspection.
