Our four bedroom, two bathroom villa with a private pool is located on the Golf St Thomas in Béziers and sleeps eight. It is an ideal vacation spot for vacationers looking for a sunny, peaceful, relaxing environment close to the city and obviously for golf players who can walk to the golf course.
The spacious living area looks out onto a large terrace and a large green garden with olive trees, palm trees and a 10m x 5m pool ( 33ft x 17ft). Outside living is a pleasure with garden furniture, sun beds by the pool, a barbecue and both sunny and shaded areas.
The villa has two floors, allowing for maximum privacy even when fully occupied. The ground floor has a bedroom with a double bed and doors opening onto the terrace, a bedroom with two single beds, a bathroom with a bathtub and a double sink, and a separate toilet. The first floor has one double bedroom opening onto a large balcony with a beautiful view of the golf course, one more double bedroom, a bathroom with a spacious shower and a sink, and a separate toilet. All bedrooms have airconditioning, wardrobes for adequate storage and a fan.
TV with international news channels and wireless internet are available.
The kitchen is equipped with an induction plate, an oven, a dishwasher, a microwave, a washing machine, a dryer, two refrigerators, a coffee machine, a toaster and an electric kettle.
The dining area seats eight people comfortably. There is ample room to park in front of the villa. Bed linens, bath towels, electricity and water are included in the rent. Pool- and beach towels and heating during the colder season are not included.
Bikes and sports equipment can be stored safely in the garage upon request.

The list of restaurants are restaurants we would never recommend, there are much nicer restaurants in the area. Valras plage and Portiragnes plage are closer and nicer than the beach of Cap d' Agde. Béziers Aventure, a park offering a treetop course and paintball, is very close and much more appealing for children. Contrary to what is stated the cleaning fee and tourist tax are not included in the fee

Great relaxing stay

Lovely property, south facing garden, pool not heated but water temp was 26c. A/c in the bedrooms, nice outlook and far reaching views from first floor balcony, quiet rural location but an easy 20min drive to the coast and close to all amenities and some lovely towns. One thing… bring mosquito repellant as there were lots of them in that region of France. Recommended!

Beautiful villa for a south of France treat

The villa is beautiful inside and out. Plenty of bedroom space especially for a family holiday in the south of France. There is good access to sports facilities nearby golfing especially although the walks are also lovely . The area itself is easily located from the airport and Beziers town centre. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Privatsphäre mit viel Comfort

Wir waren sehr zufrieden mit der Sauberkeit, die Betten bequem mit hochwertige Bettwäsche, gut aufgeteilte Räume, gut ausgestattete Küche. Man bekommt Mediathek in verschiedenen Sprachen, der Garten ist gepflegt und der Pool groß. Die Vermieter selber jederzeit erreichbar, super freundlich! Danke für die gute Erholung! Fam. Dobos

Fantastic vacation

This was a return visit. We needed to disconnect, and this is the place. The sun always shines. The pool is refreshing. I read three books under an olive tree. Vineyards abound in the environs, glasses of local rosé at the end of the day on the terrace, and we just saw as we left that you can play tennis in Agde (I'll bring my racquet next time). On this visit, we discovered a little local stand on the way to the villa that sells local wine and home distilled spirits, fresh bread, vegetables and fruit, as well as delicious cheese (the proprietor was very happy to offer a taste of his home brewed grapefruit rosé). We can't wait to return next year.

Excellent stay

A beautiful home in the south of France. Very spacious with great outdoor space. Perfect for early morning runs in the vineyards, followed by croissants on the terrace and a refreshing swim in the pool. Reading in the shade of an olive tree next to the pool was the perfect way to pass the day and disconnect from work. Good restaurants and great local wines nearby. Easy access to MPL. I will definitely be back.

Beautiful villa in quiet location 5 stars

Well appointed villa in quiet location.The pool excellent for swimming and well maintained.The villa has all the equipment required ,and is large enough to have your own space if families staying together Daily delivery from the bakery a bonus .The nearest supermarket is about 15mins away so will need a car .Also the beach is 20mins from villa.We would recommend Serignan Plage ,lovely restaurant on the beach that is not commercialised with parking very close.If staying with young children you need to be mindful of the steps to the pool

Quiet, relaxing with great pool

This Villa will provide everything you need for a relaxing holiday with a private pool. Our boys (9&7) lived in the pool for 10 days whilst we stayed there. They loved it. If you stay you will need a car but the owners will be the first to inform you of this. The villa will have all the things you need to make it home from home. We hardly saw or heard anyone else during our stay and even on the windier days you are sheltered from the wind and can relax in the sun trap around the pool. I would be happy to recommend to anyone else. Thanks you letting it to us

Spacious, well equipped and clean

A little tricky to find with directions given, but property was as described and was extremely clean. Had all mod-cons and the kitchen was well equipped. Pool and grounds were clean and safe with plenty of seating and lounging. The owners and the managers were very quick to respond to any problems and were very helpful. We had great weather and a fantastic two weeks holiday. The property is situated in a very good place for sightseeing and it is about 20 mins from nearest beach. We would definitely recommend this property.

Comfortabel schoon huis met mooie tuin, mooi zwembad en makkelijk parkeren. Beschrijving klopt. Eigenaar biedt goede service. Rustige omgeving. Dit vonden wij erg prettig maar je moet hier niet gaan zitten als je voor entertainment naar een dorpje wil lopen. Met de auto ben je overal snel. Goede prijs/kwaliteitverhouding. Aan te raden.

Wonderful holiday home

What a wonderful holiday we had at this villa in the south of France. From the moment we arrived, we felt right at home. The villa was well-maintained, clean, and had everything we needed. We were 6 adults and had more than enough space for all of us to feel comfortable. The grounds around the villa are suitable for sitting out and enjoying a glass of wine, having breakfast on the terrace, lounging by the pool, etc. The owners were very accommodating and flexible. We had quite a lot of questions before we arrived, both about the villa itself and about the location, and they were always helpful and friendly in responding to us. In addition, the security deposit was returned to us within a few days of us having left. In all, we had a lovely and relaxing vacation and would definitely recommend staying here.

Great value in a brilliant location

We had a great holiday in the villa! We spend a week staying here and overall I was very inpressed. The villa is well located near several vineyards and the golf course. But most of all we loved sitting at the pool, a glass of wine, bbq, reading a book and relax. From the moment we entered the villa it felt like home and holiday. There are a lot things to do and villages to visit but you dont't have to. I definitely recommend this accomodation and would love to visit it again.

Loved it!

We had a great vacation in this beautiful house. It was very spacious, clean and everything you needed was right there, including the pool and the great weather! ;) The icing on the cake was the local baker who delivered fresh croissants at our doorstep every morning, which we would order online the night before. So easy! Everything is a short driving distance away, so you do need a car. All in all, we really enjoyed our time here and plan to come back.

A very nice house

We stayed at this house in July with 4 adults and 2 children, 2 families. We had a very good time. We liked the 2 separate floors with their own bathrooms and toilets, this made sharing the house easy because we still had privacy. We spent a lot of time in the garden and in the pool. The pool is great, long enough to swim laps and to get some exercise. We liked the sun beds and the terrace. The garden has both sun and shade.The house was clean and the beds are good. The internet works well, which is important to us. It is easy to get around by car, things are not far.The owners answered questions quickly. The security deposit was returned to us a few days after we left. We would recommend this house for a nice relaxing holiday.

Heerlijk huis

We hebben tijdens de meivakantie met 2 volwassenen en 2 kinderen in deze villa gelogeerd. De beschrijving op de site komt overeen met de werkelijkheid. De woning was schoon en goed onderhouden. De uitrusting was prima: comfortabel tuinmeubilair, een prachtige tuin en terras in de zon, gezellige comfortabele zithoek binnen met TV, een goed ingerichte keuken en prima slaapkamers en badkamers. De eigenaar is zeer servicegericht en geeft heel veel informative voor aankomst over het huis en de omgeving. Deze informatie is ook in het huis aanwezig. Vragen worden zeer snel beantwoord per email of telefoon. Er is een plaatselijke beheerder maar die hebben we niet hoeven gebruiken, alles was in orde. We hebben heerlijk liggen zonnen en lezen bij het zwembad ( helaas was het water nog te koud om echt te zwemmen) en plaatsen in de omgeving bezocht. We zijn naar het strand in Valras plage geweest. Dit is heel makkelijk bereikbaar binnen 20 minuten met de auto. Mooi breed zandstrand met een boulevard met restaurantjes en winkeltjes. Ook hebben we een bootje gehuurd op het Canal du Midi, heel leuk om te doen. De directe omgeving van het huis is heerlijk rustig en er zijn winkels op 10 minutes afstand met de auto. Een auto is echt noodzakelijk. We bevelen deze villa van harte aan.

A lovely house

We stayed at the villa for one week at the end of February with 2 people. We could sit outside in the sun a few times because the terrace is very well situated, something we did not expect this time of year and really enjoyed. The house is spacious and comfortable. The description on the site is accurate. Everything you need is there, it is well equipped, down to a hair dryer in the bathroom, and the house was spotlessly clean. The living room has comfortable sofas to relax on in the evenings because it was still too cold to be outside after sundown. The bedrooms and bathrooms are nice. The garden with the pool is beautiful and offers privacy. Too bad it was still too cold to swim. There are a lot of birds around, we even saw birds of prey, and rabbits. The neighbourhood where it is located is lovely with beautiful houses, the neighbours are very friendly, and there are vineyards within walking distance. The owners are very responsive to questions and sent us a detailed description of everything we needed to know about the house and its environment, including recommendations for a few local restaurants. We tried two and we had a good time. The bottle of wine to welcome us was a nice touch. You definitely need a car to go anywhere, but Beziers is very close. We visited Narbonne, Pezenas and Montpellier and there is lots more to see and do. We really enjoyed our week and would recommend this villa without any hesitation.

Belle villa très agréable et bien située

La villa est spacieuse et bien equipée, y compris pour la cuisine (nous aimons cuisiner). Elle est située dans un joli quartier tranquille de villas. Nous étions 4 adultes et nous avons apprecié les deux étages avec chacun leur salle de bain et toilettes séparées. Il a fait très beau et nous avons bien profité de la terrasse qui est très bien orientée: c’est formidable de déjeuner et de bouquiner dehors au soleil en décembre! Nous avons joué au golf. Le Golf Saint Thomas est à 200 m, on peut y aller à pied facilement et le parcours est très joli. Nous avons aussi fait de longues promenades bucoliques au milieu des champs et des vignes sur les nombreuses routes en terre qui passent près du quartier. A part çà, il faut absolument avoir une voiture à sa disposition pour se déplacer, mais rien n’est très loin pour visiter les alentours: nous avons visité Béziers, Narbonne et Pézenas. Les diverses informations fournies par les propriétaires (sur la maison elle-même et sur les environs) sont un peu longues à lire mais elles nous ont été bien utiles. Nous n’avons pas rencontré les propriétaires en personne mais au téléphone et par mail ils ont été très accueillants (ils parlent français, ce qui ne gâte rien, et nous avons apprécié la bouteille de vin offerte en cadeau de bienvenue!) Il y a un couple de gérants locaux en cas de problème, mais nous n’avons pas eu besoin de les contacter. Nous aimerions bien revenir en été quand la piscine est ouverte, malheureusement en décembre il faisait quand même trop froid pour se baigner, mais ça doit être très sympa l’été. Cette villa est bien adaptée à des séjours en famille avec ou sans enfants mais l’endroit est peut-être un peu trop tranquille pour des adolescents car il n’y a aucune animation aux alentours immédiats (à moins d’aller à Béziers centre ou aux plages peut-être).

Great getaway!

We came for the second time. The first time was last year during summer with our whole family, 4 persons (2 adults, 2 children). It is a great house in every season, near rural areas and Béziers center as well. The terrace is on the south side of the house overlooking the pool. We loved the relaxed atmosphere and liked sitting under the olive trees in the garden. The house has new owners since April and they really listen to feedback and are very responsive to our questions via email and telephone. The living room is spacious with a open kitchen. The house is very well equipped. One tip: you do need a car!

The sunny terrace, the shadow filled garden, the mediterranean style of the house and the blue clear water of the pool immediately gave us a holiday feeling. It is wonderful to lie on a sunbed by the pool, book ( or e-reader! ) in hand, and watch the swallows swoop down to drink from the water, and to enjoy a leisurely breakfast on the sunny terrace in the morning. At dusk you hear a concert of croaking frogs in the pond nearby. The villa is in a peaceful and calm environment but entertainment and amenities are only ten minutes away. Contrary to the villages near the beach that are overcrowded in summer and deserted in low season the neighbourhood is permanently inhabited by predominantly French families.
This was an ideal mix for us.
