Thank you for your prompt and positive review. We appreciate that you understood that the WiFi problem was down to Florida’s extreme weather damaging the Spectrum modem and the router and we really appreciate all the help you gave to enable us to quickly fix and repair the damage done. It was a pleasure to deal with such a pleasant, positive and understanding guest. We could not have fixed it as quickly without your on-site help. We are also pleased that you enjoyed your stay, the convenient location and the local wildlife that we enjoy so much. We would love to accommodate you again if you return to Orlando.

We are pleased that you enjoyed your stay and it's good to know that our wildlife continues to put on a good show for our guests although it is a different show each time that we visit. We are at the villa now and can see that one of the hair dryers has a damaged air intake grill so will replace it.

We are pleased that you enjoyed your stay and were able to use your bicycles to enjoy the area's natural attractions. Also, thank you for your feedback and communication whilst you were staying - it all helps to improve the guest experience for later visitors.

Thank you for taking the time to review your stay and we are pleased that you enjoyed all that the property has to offer. We also enjoy watching the wildlife whilst relaxing poolside and one of the reasons we chose the location. We would love to have you stay again and look forward to hearing from you should you decide to visit Florida again.

Greg and family, Thank you for taking the time to write such a comprehensive and positive review and we are pleased that you had such an enjoyable stay. It is great that Cupcake has made another fan although we normally see his friend Ollie when there. (There are at least 3: we have photos of 3 together in the lake). Thank you also for your observations as these help us maintain the villa as some issues are only noticed when staying in the villa. The mesh chairs are meant to be used with the padded cushions as these provide a more comfortable seat and they distribute weight more evenly. The pool water quality in the summer would soon deteriorate if the chemical balances were not correctly maintained each week so I suspect that you missed the pool man’s visits. We were surprised that you had to top up the pool as there is an automatic system to do this even though you can easily top it up with the hose. We will get it checked out. We would love to have you stay again if you visit Florida in the future.

Thank you for your generous review and for appreciating the small things that make the villa more like home in a very convenient location. As a couple, we like to spend significant quiet time at the villa and so have tried to make it a second home over the years but also one that more adventurous theme park aficionados or wildlife seekers can appreciate too. We would be pleased to have you stay again when you decide to visit the area again.
