This 4B/3B house is perfect for family or group traveling to the vacation capital of the world and to visit Disney and surrounding theme parks. The home is located in a community called Seasons and it’s a beautiful place for a family or friend getaway!

- Spacious and enclosed back lanai with private heatable pool, sun loungers, and table and chairs for outside dining.
- A full-equipped kitchen with all you need to prepare meals at home like oven & stovetop, microwave, coffee maker, blender all the cooking equipment, dishes, glassware and more.
- 4 bedrooms, two are master suites and two have two twin beds, and 3 full bathrooms in the home.
- A game room in the garage!

This lovely home is situated within the peaceful community of Seasons, just a 15-minute drive from Walt Disney World and with a variety of restaurants in the area, many within about a 5-minute drive! This home is a fantastic choice for families looking to have the comforts and conveniences of home but be close to it all! You’ll be so near to all of Orlando’s major attractions!

The villa-style home is also conveniently located just a short drive to major superstores such as Walmart, grocery stores, restaurants, bars, cafes, shopping centers, and outlet malls. And be surrounded by Florida’s lush beauty and tranquil views and not far from the beach too. It’s an awesome and relaxing getaway place.

The Neighborhood:
The home is centrally located near all the theme parks and attractions, a number of great restaurants, shopping, outlet malls, and golf. There will hardly be a lack of things to do. On the grounds of Seasons peaceful community, you’ll have:

- A nice lake to stroll or jog around or take in the beautiful views.
- A lovely neighborhood for after-dinner walks or jogs.
- Nearby restaurants for a family dinner night or an adult night out and outlet malls too.
- Really nearby Super Walmart for food and essentials.
- Great golfing in the area like at Celebration Golf Club.

Getting Around:
Guests have free parking on the premises which makes it very easy to get around the area. Please note, when parking in the driveway be sure to pull all the way in and not block the sidewalk. Cars that block the sidewalk are subject to getting towed and we cannot be held responsible. The home is about 30 minutes from the Orlando International Airport and is located within the Seasons community. Here are some of the most visited/famous places in Orlando and nearest shopping centers:

Other Things to Note:
The pool heating service is only available from November to the end of April.

The house has a security alarm, that can only be deactivated remotely. Please avoid touching the security monitoring panel to avoid activating the alarm. A penalty of $1,000 will apply if falsely activated.

This 1940-square-foot ground-floor house has 4 nicely furnished bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms. All stairways and bedrooms are carpeted for safety and comfort.

Wifi and cable, parking, bed linens, and towels are provided free for all guests during your stay.

The private pool or Jacuzzi can be heated during the winter months for an extra charge and is only available for reservations of 3 days or more. This service must be requested at least 48h prior to your arrival.

There is no daily housekeeping service but the unit will be thoroughly cleaned prior to check-in. Mid-stay cleaning services can be requested for an additional fee.

Florida law does not allow opened food to be kept in the kitchen or refrigerator so all food items are removed after each guest checks out. Therefore there will be no supply of items such as condiments, coffee grounds, etc. prior to check-in. You can pick these items up at a nearby supermarket.

This is a pet-friendly property, but pets are only allowed with prior authorization and are subject to a $290 USD fee per pet, with a maximum of 2 pets allowed for a total of $580 USD. Dogs must be on a leash when on the community premises. Please be responsible. The house has to be well cared for to avoid damages to the furniture and amenities.

We do provide a few essentials to make you feel more at home when you arrive like: paper towels, dish sponge, dish detergent, dishwasher pods, trash bags in all trash cans, and a roll of toilet paper, hand soap, shampoo and conditioner in each full bathroom. These will not be replenished and additional supplies that are needed, will have to be purchased by the guest.

Guests will be requested to sign a Rental Agreement upon booking confirmation.

Security Deposit : A security deposit may be required prior to arrival or at check-in subject to the booking platform used to make the reservation. This fee is charged as a credit card transaction and refunded after check-out, provided all terms are met.

House Rules:
- Travelers must be at least 21 years of age or older to book.
- No smoking of any kind is allowed on the premises. Smoking tobacco, cannabis, or the use of any recreational drugs in the house is strictly prohibited. Failure to comply will incur a $300 penalty.
- No parties or events are permitted, illegal activity is prohibited, and excessive noise won't be tolerated. No loud music is allowed after 10 pm. Please be respectful of the neighbors.
- No more guests than those listed in your reservation are allowed. No tent or other structures may be set up on the ground of the property.
- Renters agree to cover any charge related to damages that occurred during their stay or cover necessary extra-cleaning charges if such is needed after their stay.
- Renters may be required to provide a government ID on the day of checking in or during your stay.
- Please avoid moving furniture.
- If you're booking through a reservation platform where we are the merchant of record, a $300USD security deposit will be charged before your arrival and subsequently refunded 5-7 days after your check out, providing no damages were caused during your stay. Please note that a 3.75% credit card fee will be deducted from the transaction.
