A great base to explore the Capital!
The space
Welcome to my gated apartment, situated on the second floor, with secure underground parking for one vehicle, arranged on one level this comfortable, light-filled apartment is a perfect London retreat and less than a 1minute walk to the banks of the River Thames within a Riverside development.
A short walk (15 minutes) from Canada Water tube station, allowing easy access to the fantastic Jubilee underground/tube Line and also to the Elizabeth Line.
The apartment is set within a gated area, making it feel private and secure.
On entering the apartment, you will find the spacious hallway, with coat and shoe rack available. From the hallway is the main bathroom with bath, shower over bath, basin and WC. There is ample surface space and cupboard space for guest belongings.
Next to the bathroom is the well equipped kitchen with plentiful cupboard space and counter top space to prepare meals. There is a fridge freezer, microwave, oven, kettle, washing machine and dishwasher for guest use. There is also a coffee machine for guests to enjoy.
Further along the hallway is the living room and dining room area. The space is large, with TV (Please note that personal logins will be required to use any TV Apps), sofa, armchair and reading lamp. Towards the back of the room is a wooden dining table which comfortably sits 4 guests. Within this space is also a large desk and office chair for those guests choosing to work or study during their stay.
The hallway then leads to the first of two bedrooms. There is a King size bed, bedside tables and bedside lamp. There are two full-height wardrobes with space for hanging or folded clothes.
The next bedroom also has a King sized bed, bedside tables and table lamps. This room benefits from large fitted wardrobes with mirrored doors along with an en-suite shower room with shower, WC and basin.
GOOD TO KNOW
The apartment is professionally cleaned and the linen and towels are replaced with freshly laundered supplies between each stay. Each guest will receive one small hand towel and one shower towel to use for the stay.
There should be some complimentary tea and coffee, as well as travel-sized bottles of shampoo, shower gel, and soap. Other items provided during guest stays are a washing-up pack, toilet roll, and kitchen roll. These should last a couple of days. If more is needed, there are various convenience stores and supermarkets locally including a Co-op at 346 Rotherhithe Street, London SE16 5EF just a 1minute walk from the apartment.
The flat is located within the London Ultra Low Emissions Zone (ULEZ) and charges may apply for drivers.
There is a free parking space for one vehicle, which is within a gated carpark just a minute walk from the apartment.
Guest access
Guests will have access to the entire apartment during their stay.

My apartment is located on the second floor and unfortunately the building does not have a lift.
There is an allocated parking space available for one vehicle, please request the use of the parking space when booking so we can ensure that the keyfob can be made available. parking space details will be provided including the parking bay number.
IMPORTANT: On behalf of our host at Pass the Keys, we require guest verification facilitated by Truvi (Previously called Superhog). Upon confirming your booking, Truvi will contact the lead booker via a secure link, providing detailed instructions for the verification process.
The online verification requires a government-issued photo ID and a credit or debit card. During this process, you may choose between a refundable GBP 500 deposit (plus GBP 10 transaction fee currency equivalent) or purchase a non-refundable damage waiver of GBP 40 (currency equivalent) to cover potential damages during your stay.
Once the verification process is successfully completed, check-in information will be provided. If you opted in for a deposit, this will be refunded via credit/debit card after your stay, subject to an inspection of the property.
