Villa Boka Blue wonderfully situated on the golf course within walking distance of the beach

From the well-maintained villa, overlooking the golf course, it’s just a few minutes’ walk through the beautiful tropical garden, past the pool, to the lovely white-sand beach.
The villa is located on the first floor, in a quiet spot within the resort. Sliding doors open onto the villa’s large porch (70m²), allowing you to enjoy the great outdoors.

The villa features three double bedrooms, two bathrooms, a guest restroom, an open-concept kitchen, and a living area. This makes the villa suitable for 6 people and a baby.

Our 6-person villa is fully equipped. It features an open kitchen with a dishwasher, a combination microwave, a Nespresso coffee machine, and a large refrigerator.

The porch offers a seating area, a spacious dining table, and two lounge chairs.
The veranda wraps around two sides of the villa, surrounded by a tropical garden. Thanks to this location, you can enjoy the view of the golf course, whether in the sun or in the shade. This makes breakfast, dinner, and drinks especially enjoyable outdoors.
You can regulate the temperature in the bedrooms using the air conditioners and ceiling fans. There is ample parking next to the villa.
Blue Bay is a fully fenced Golf & Beach Resort with 24-hour security. It is a very safe and child-friendly complex.
You have unlimited access to all Blue Bay facilities.
The 18-hole golf course offers stunning views of the Caribbean Sea and presents a delightful challenge for players of all skill levels.
Along the fairway, you’ll encounter flamingos, pelicans, and a wide variety of tropical plants. Between the tee and the green on hole 5, you’ll even have to hit your shot over the sea.
As a guest of our villa, you’ll also receive a 20% discount on the green fee.
Blue Bay Dive offers two unique dive sites, the “Wall” and the “Garden.” At the PADI-certified dive school, you can take a course and rent equipment.
Snorkeling is also wonderful in Blue Bay!
About 5 minutes away from the resort is a large supermarket where you can buy everything you need.
The resort is located 8 km from Hato Airport and 9 km from Willemstad.
From Blue Bay, you can easily take beautiful road trips to various stunning bays.

Since the island has so much beauty to offer, we recommend that you rent a car. We’d be happy to assist you with this, which includes transportation to and from the airport as an extra service.
Security Deposit:
We kindly ask you to pay a security deposit of 500 Naf/US $ 250 before arrival.
If no damage has occurred, we will refund this amount upon departure and offset it against the electricity and water bill.
Electricity and Water:
We consider the efficient use of energy and water to be very important. That is why we have chosen to bill energy and water separately. However, the energy consumption of the air conditioners, refrigerator, and other appliances in the villa is low.
The average cost is approximately 60 to 70 euros per villa per week, but this depends heavily on your usage. Air conditioning, in particular, consumes a lot of energy.
Based on meter readings and the energy supplier’s actual rates, we will settle the amount at the end of your stay.
Enjoy free access to the private beach with lounge chairs, as well as the private/shared pool. There is a diving club on the beach, and a restaurant and bar within walking distance.
After making a reservation, 50% of the rental fee must be paid; the remaining 50% must be transferred no later than 4 weeks before the arrival date. You may cancel free of charge up to 2 months before the arrival date.
