Real Escapes Properties se complace en ofrecer este condominio de dos dormitorios y dos baños en la comunidad de Ocean Walk. Ocean Walk es una comunidad de 16 acres, bellamente ajardinada con árboles centenarios de robles y un estanque. Las instalaciones incluyen dos piscinas (una de ellas climatizada), un gimnasio, canchas de tenis, parque infantil y clubhouse con acceso a Internet.

Ocean Walk E-14 es un dos dormitorios dos baños, condo cómodamente actualizado. Amplio salón con TV de pantalla plana grande. Hay un patio fuera de la sala de estar. La cocina ha sido totalmente actualizada junto con nuevos pisos. El dormitorio principal cuenta con una cama queen y la habitación de invitados tiene una cama doble. It was a quiet complex with plenty of opportunities for rest and reflection like we needed. The newly remodeled kitchen was nice. The laundry facilities in the apartment were easy to use. We’d definitely choose to stay there again.

On arrival the AC filter was completely filthy. The dryer vent was clogged resulting in lint overflow both inside/outside the unit..The shower curtain in the MB although looked new was moldy. Coffee maker needs clean filters. Refrigerator shelves on bottom missing. The kitchen was not well appointed for a 10 day stay. Could be updated a bit & cleaner.

Somewhat disappointing

We enjoyed the St. Simon and Jekyll island areas, especially the restaurants and beaches. This unit was comfortable, but much smaller than it appeared in the pictures especially the bathrooms! Our major complaint was that it was without the basic necessities such as Kleenex, dish soap, hand soap, trash bags and toiletries… there were none at all. We were provided 1 pot holder to use as a dish rag… We called and the management company did bring these items to us, but we should not have needed to ask. Every vrbo in the past has provided these basic items plus more! Also, there were 2 lamps not working even after we changed the bulbs. The beds and pillows could have been improved and updated. The community was clean and quiet, however not walking distance to the Village Pier… over 2 miles. This condo could definitely use some TLC, a deep cleaning and updating!

I found a sharpener in my last day that I wish I had found earlier for some of the knives. 😂 Beds were comfortable, and the living room furniture was pretty comfortable. The furnishings and beds were comfortable. The pool area could use some upgrades - pool furniture is old. Be sure to bring anything you might need to cook with (oils, salt, pepper, sugar), there was nothing there. It was a pleasant and easy walk to the village. Beach access is further so we chose to drive. The staff was very responsive and communicative. Overall, not a bad affordable option.
