Quiet, gated complex with pool and fitness center. This two bedroom condo is very bright and peaceful. Two bedrooms and an additional sunroom with a pull out sofa. Fully equipped kitchen for eating in or many restaurant options within walking distance. The beach is only a bike ride away or stay closer to your home away and enjoy the community pool.

Property manager was excellent. Very responsive. The unit is decorated nicely and was comfortable. Kitchen is complete with appliances and all utensils, dinnerware etc. Comfortable beds and spacious closets. Conveniently located. The front door lock was a challenge. There were some things that could use attention: refrigerator handle, microwave light, master bath shower/bath fixture.

The condo was great! Very quiet area, yet close to everything we wanted to do. Kitchen was stocked with everything we needed. Check-in was easy and property manager responded quickly to a key pad entry issue. This area of Georgia was a beautiful surprise for us both. Plenty of room in the condo if we had another couple with us.

This was our second time staying here. We had a great time. The place was clean and cozy. Felt like home. Very quiet community with a nice pool. We enjoyed our stay so much we are returning for our third time next summer.

Property well maintained and clean. Upon check in, we were greeted with a kind note and bottle of wine. Location was great for us as we could have walked to Winn Dixie, Red Fern Village, etc and we were near our other family staying by King and Prince.

The condo was well appointed. The pictures describe what it looks like perfectly. We love the welcoming gift and the coffee maker with the optional Keurig was enjoyed by all. We arrived earlier than expected and we're allowed to check in 2 hours early. Thank you so much.

Very enjoyable stay.

This was the best place I’ve stayed on vacation. Had an small issues getting into the front door (that was definitely an operator issue), however Stacie responded super fast and came over to make sure we were all set. After that we had 0 issues. Everything was clean and comfortable. Neighborhood was quiet, safe, and never had a parking issues. The pool was never to crowded and other family was super friendly. Would definitely recommend staying here.

Perfect little home away from home

Fabulous location for a small family. Restaurants, beaches, and easy access to Jekyll island or Brunswick shopping. Quiet area, was here over memorial weekend and everyone got a good night's sleep. Carpets in bedrooms are a bit worn and a mattress topper would be awesome in the master bedroom but all in all this was a perfect unit for two adults and two kids, loved the extra pull out sofa in the sunroom as well. Will seek it out next time! Thank you

Return to St. Simons

We were previous residents for 25 years & decided to go back & visit. Property in excellent location & we were able to walk to restaurants & church, plus close driving distance to many locations. Very clean & well maintained. Property manager responded to a question in a matter of minutes.

As described, great location

Overall we had a great stay. The place was clean and well equipped with extras like paper towels, dish washer pods, and extra toilet paper. We were very happy with the location. It was warm enough to enjoy the pool. They are some things that need upgrading to make this a five star condo--all bedding and pots and pans specifically but overall we were very happy and would recommend.

Immaculate, nicely appointed, well located condo, with very responsive host

Our stay was trouble free. The condo was beautifully decorated, immaculately clean and in a great location on St Simons Island. The furniture was comfortable and the kitchen was nicely appointed. The host was very responsive and made our stay go smoothly. We would definitely recommend this property.

Respite

A warm environment. Exactly what my Sister and I needed, we do an annual Sister's Getaway every year and this year, we decided that all we wanted to do was rest. I enjoyed the peace and quiet. I especially welcomed that we did not have to fight a lot of traffic.

Great host, property and location

My daughter and I stayed here for 2weeks while I closed on my house. The property is clean and comfortable. Easy access to everything on Saint Simons. I highly recommend this property.

Great location, lovely condo

This is a lovely property. It was very clean but there is some wear and tear - carpets, kitchen tile and a closet door was banged up. But certainly nothing that impacted on our stay at all! We loved it and would def stay there again!
